Their fries are too thick and tasted old. Like if you don't eat them fresh out the fryer they start going hard because of their thickness. I also wasn't a fan of whatever seasoning they put on the fries. As far as the burger itself, I've had better smash burgers elsewhere. While it was the highlight of my meal. I think other places do a better job of them. All in all, I personally wouldn't purchase it again but I wouldn't be opposed to eating it if someone else does, if that makes sense? I don't know if the oil was fresh today or what but everything was really good. It wasn't greasy or oily, but here comes the downside. The burger is as thin as it gets like it almost feels as though the bread to burger ratio does not add up now granted I got the $10 lunch special so it's a single Patty and maybe a double patty would fill somebody up and add a little bit more weight to the burger, but it also didn't taste very seasoned either. It was truly a mediocre experience and I hate to say that the sauce also did not live up to the hype and I wanted this to be a really cleaner version of five guys, but sadly did not with that being sad. I would come back to try the chicken tenders and the lemonade and the banana pudding, but the burger was really a letdown the space though is beautiful, clean new spacious lots of seating

There was one older woman taking and serving both to go and dine in orders. We ordered the chicken Katsu bento box, the salmon bento box, and also Korean fried chicken wings. Everything was delicious. Even the miso soup was tasty and there was just so much food. We sat and had a very nice, delicious lunch. We spoke to the woman who I think is an owner and she said she has customers come in from NYC and I totally believe her because it's that good and very reasonable. We will absolutely return.
