That cleaning in August 2025 was satisfactory, not outstanding but it's an old rental and was "good enough." This move out cleaning on August 2026 was neglectful and incomplete. Cobwebs and dust in windows and upper bathroom shelves, kitchen sink and tub (both porcelain) not whitened, stove top not only left sticky, but a degreaser was used that stripped paint from the control panel (where the gas control handles are mounted). I texted Defne who beyond replying to my question about what cleaning product was used, made no offer to make things right. I provided pictures of the damage. Her response - Defne: "I checked with the team, and they used a degreaser to properly remove the grease." No response to the pictures of damage, no offer of a compromise, or some small gesture such as a partial refund in good faith. And no apology. My rental deposit was dinged $75 by the owner to recoup their charges to complete the cleaning. They truly could have charged much more, but took mercy on me. The new tenants stayed in a motel the first night because the cobwebs and dust needed to be cleaned before moving in their possessions. Here's where I went wrong: I didn't check things over thoroughly due to exhaustion on moving day, the same day they cleaned. That was my responsibility and I was too tired to see that clearly. I paid $245 plus a $50 cash tip times two cleaners -- total $345 + $75 that the apartment owner deducted from my deposit. If the company makes good and refunds $75, I will repost and let you other consumers know. We're all human. We have some bad days and make mistakes. There is an opportunity to make this right. I'm sad to write a poor review and wish things had gone better. Will add photos when I figure out how to do that. The visits get briefer and briefer from week to week. The crew seems to be focused mainly on getting to the next job. The quality of their cleaning is quite superficial compared to other services I've experienced. If you are considering them for a quick once-over (for instance, you are selling your house and need to get it spruced up), they would probably be an OK choice. For regular weekly or bi-weekly cleaning, I would look elsewhere. You can almost certainly get a better job done for less.

I am limited in my physical activity and my 82 year old mother in law lives with us. My wife has a very demanding job. Needless to say Cindy is a life savior. Because she does such an excellent job everyone in the house has peace of mind. She is ruthlessly punctual. She works assiduously for the 4 hours she is there. I can give her "special" assignments that she fits into the schedule. The three of us have never had a complaint. If you tell her what you want done and she agrees (and she has never disagreed with any request), it will be done to perfection. I waited until 11:30am and when no one showed I started messaging, texting and calling (to check ETA). I ended up leaving at Noon with no word from anyone! Around 1pm I got a text stating the 'scheduler' made a mistake and scheduled me for a Saturday. There was no communication and I wasted half a day that I could have spent unpacking at my new place. Very frustrating. Would not recommend if you need someone reliable.
