I have been a patient of Dr. Polizzi since this office opened over 15 years ago, and I can't speak highly enough about the care I've received. Dr. Polizzi is a world-class physician, and Dr. Morreale treats you like family. We are incredibly fortunate to have doctors of this caliber right here in our community. Yes, sometimes there's a longer wait, especially during busy flu seasons, but that's to be expected with physicians who take the time to really talk to you. At Ramtown Medical, they give you the time to ask all your questions and provide thoughtful, comprehensive care. This is such a refreshing change from other offices where visits can feel rushed and impersonal. Through their conversations with me, I've often uncovered health concerns that may have otherwise gone unnoticed. Their dedication and expertise have truly made a difference in my overall health. I agree with Jacob C. and Iris M.. Initially they where great as a Primary Care Provider but over the last couple 2-3 years. Now its more about how often and how much they can bill the insurance companies; it's got to the point of pushing care and service almost to the scam/fraudulent side. read more

Fraudulent scam artists. Ram town steals information and sends predator like medical bills and Also bill you if you miss an appointment even if you rescheduled the appt. The secretary there is probably a crackhead or a drunk. They need to really look into that place. read more

I have been going here for quite some time and They do take the time and listen to you and address your situations and problems while following up is always another story they seem to not take proper notes because they consistently ask Questions as if they have not been asked before and the week to get in is ridiculous. Best doctors! Been going several years now. Another reviewer said there was no wait and, that may happen, but the more well-known they have become, and depending on the season, there is a wait. But, for me, it is absolutely worth it. I always keep in mind that they spend time with me and are very thorough and, since they do that with all their patients, it can take time. I am fine with it. And if an emergency patient comes in and I have to wait longer, I realize that patient could be me some day. I had surgery by another doctor a few years ago and, not being a good patient (especially on the weekend), I was going to leave the hospital and come back on Monday. lol Dr. Morreale came to the hospital and explained why I needed to stay the weekend and convinced me it was the best thing. Again, the surgery was being done by a specialist, not Dr. Morreale. They go beyond what doctors do these days. Highly recommend Ramtown Medical. read more

I've been going to this Center over 10 years my wife finally gave up and she left the office because of unnecessary wait time this is the third attempt at me staying in this practice had a 9:45 appointment as of 10:45 I still was not seen and I still had three people ahead of me question my medical records I had to pay a dollar a page to get my own information how they got five stars I have no idea but if you have nothing else to do except wait this is the perfect place to go to showed up at 9:20 for 9:45 appointment and I left at 11 without seeing the doctor word to the wise find someone else read more

It's a shame I can only give 5 stars. Dr. Morreale and his entire staff are the best. I'd been driving by Ramtown Medical Center for years now. I'd never stopped in until my own MD told me I was considered a new patient and he want accepting new patients. I needed a doctor so I stopped by. Everyone out me at ease and made me feel welcome. After my illness was cared for Dr. Morreale suggested a physical. I went back today for the results and they were friendly and again professional and personal. They will new be my family's practice of choice. Highly recommend them. read more

I had to make a walk in visit today and the staff was very nice, the office was very clean, and I didn't have to wait long at all. Dr. Morreale was extremely helpful and nice and answered all my questions. This office also does lab work right in site and it was very convenient. I'm making this practice my primary care office. read more

I have been going to Dr. Morreale for a couple of years. The first time, I thought 'nice doctor'. Each time thereafter he kept me waiting sometmes 30 to 45 minutes. In fact, often I think he was not even in the building. He said he had to take his mother to the store. ?? Moreover, I had all of my medical records from a previous doctor sent to him (after I paid for them, of course). Dr. Morreale never reviewed the records and provided me no further relief or resources. I have made appointments, yet walk-ins are treated first, then I sit in the exam room for 30-45 minutes waiting for him. Last time, I waited 30 minutes, only for him to walk in and ask me what he could do for me. I said, nothing, your office told me you said you would not refill my blood pressuere medicine until you see me. He had no idea what I was walking about. I recently had an incident at which time I drove to his office as he advertises hours 9am to 8pm on certain days, only to find out that the office was closed. I called the next day to confirm the office is open until 5pm, again, as the hours are advertised, but I was told the office is closing at 3pm that day. I confirmed that the hours the sign posted on the door, the hours listed online and the hours his "on call" physician service operator has listed all reflect Thursday oopen until 8pm and Friday open until 5pm. Yet I call the office and it's simply not true. For a practice that advertises walk-ins welcome, such blatant disregard for ill people because he doesn't want to work the hours is unacceptable. He does not return phone calls. He does not run his practice professionally and his office is a mess--files piled everywhere. I am very disappointed with him and his staff. Never again, time for a new physician. read more
