The Ramsey Canyon Cabin experience is magical. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by several species of stunning hummingbirds that were at the numerous feeders positioned around our cabin's deck. The cabin itself was comfortable and super clean. They thought of everything - I like to cook and the kitchen is fully equipped and I found all that I needed. The cabin we stayed in had a BBQ and we were able to cook some delicious steaks. The WIFI worked beautifully. They even give you a supply of sugar water to refill the feeders as the hummingbirds are so voracious! What we enjoyed most was the tranquility and beauty of the natural surroundings. The new owners have created a network of paths around the property which take you to other areas with feeders and down to, and over the creek. There are several areas with seating scattered throughout the property where you can relax, enjoy nature and bird watch. I actually came to the area for birding and found the birds were more abundant at the cabins than at the nearby nature preserve, but it is an easy walk from the cabins and definitely worth checking out. However, we were more than satisfied to hang out on the property. I never considered my husband much of a 'nature' guy, and he keeps talking about going back - so that says a lot! By the way, the negative review written by Kate L. dates back to 2010 and the new owners have only had it about a year so it should be taken down. It doesn't reflect at all the caring, creativity and attention to detail that the new owners (a young couple with kids) have brought to this very special place.

Birds and grounds were great but owner was hostile and frightening when we misunderstood the sign.

The hotel is very accessible to everything in Old Town Bisbee and it was great to be able to leave the car in their parking lot and walk. I do recommend if you have trouble getting up/down stairs to pick a room on the 1st floor. We picked a room on the 3rd floor, in a corner and was perfect. The front looked over the town but the bedroom was in the back. Very spacious and quiet at night despite being near the bars. The rooms are set up like apartments- there's a full, well stocked kitchen (stove, fridge, utensils, even a water filtration jug!). Toiletries included in the bathroom. Lots of closet space. Check out my video for a tour of our room. Will definitely stay here again. Ahh! And the food recommendations given by Patrick were followed and 10/10 will also go back there again!

The hotel itself is quaint, charming, and perfectly suited to Bisbee's artistic, historic vibe. The location couldn't be better--up above the town of Bisbee, yet still cozy and relaxing. One of our favorite experiences was sitting on the balcony, enjoying a drink while listening to the live music drifting up from the bars below. It truly captures the magic of Bisbee at night. A special tip: definitely get the add-on if you enjoy margaritas or champagne--it's a fun and thoughtful touch that elevates the stay. If you're looking for character, comfort, and genuine family hospitality in the heart of Bisbee, the Eldorado Hotel is the perfect choice. We can't wait to come back.

The moment we walked into the spacious, warm, and inviting lobby, we felt incredibly welcome. A HUGE shoutout to Ms. Mitra at the front desk, she provided a fast, friendly, and genuinely warm check-in experience that instantly set a wonderful tone for our entire trip. The hotel amenities completely exceeded our expectations. The balcony room we stayed in was nice. The bathroom is small but serves its purpose. The amazing free HOT breakfast featured a fantastic spread. I like and appreciate that they write the menu out nightly. This is the first hotel I've seen a pancake maker and a super automatic coffee espresso machine maker with at least 15 options. The french vanilla hot chocolate is so good. They have a touchless bottle-refilling water fountain. Great place for spending your afternoons relaxing by the nice pool and hot tub, and evenings spent out on the patio by the fire pit looking at the beautiful mountains. There's a pub next door and a Circle K across the street that you can walk to.. Walmart, fast food, chain resturants and a mall is six miles or less. Fort Huachuca Buffalo Soldier gate is less than a mile. You can see the post from the hotel. There is plenty of parking. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Sierra Vista area!

If you need a short answer, Do go here. it is amazing…read more I don't usually go to motels because of all the bad things i hear about it. This motel was recommended by a sweet woman by the name of Lisa. Lisa is a known person in tombstone and so everyone knows her. I went on one of her tours, and my father and i wanted to stay the night since the gift shops and stuff were all closed when we arrived. (5:58pm) Her tour talks about the history of tombstone, I definitely recommend taking her tours ! $20 for a person each, $10 for children. Anywho, We had asked Lisa any recommendations to stay the night here, and the first thing she said was The Larian. Like I said, I do NOT go to motels whatsoever. A lot of them are not clean, there's bed bugs, and it's just chaos. Not here. When i check for bed bugs or even just bugs in general- I look. There was nothing. Not one single bug (Except for the little stinkers from outside that found their way in.) behind the bed, there's a bug trap. I don't know if that's normal, but When I saw that, I Knew I was good. There's working ac, and even though i didn't get a good pic of the room, it was colorful and had character. even the shower was neat! In conclusion, this place is awesome ! Please come here if you're ever visiting Tombstone!

Its location is superb, within walking distance of good restaurants and major tourist attractions. The bed was extremely comfortable, better than at a high-priced hotel we visited later in our trip. I liked our room's high ceilings. The motel's decor is very 1980's but very clean and comfortable. Our room had a refrigerator and a microwave; my sister-in-law had a fridge but no microwave. We had a wall-mounted clothes rack, my sister-in-law may have had a closet. Our room was farther from the road and very quiet; my sister-in-law was closer to the road and had some noise. Each room has two wood rocking chairs outside the door, under a large overhang offering sun and rain protection. The people sitting outside are friendly. Our room had a comfortable sofa with a movable floor lamp. We had a nightstand with a good reading light on one side of the bed. I don't know whether we could have moved the floor lamp over to the other side of the bed. The motel is close to downtown Tombstone and these major attractions to which we walked: the Courthouse Museum, the Bird Cage Theatre (museum), the Rose Tree Museum, the Crystal Palace bar, Big Nose Kate's Saloon, the Longhorn restaurant, Undertaker's Coffee, Cowboy Coffee Bar, gunfights on Allen St, carriage rides on Allen St., various shops, etc. Here are some places farther away that we would probably have needed to drive to. Boothill Cemetery is one of them.

There were also a couple of nice outdoor spaces for guests to hang out. We were the only guest at the time and the quiet was wonderful. The space was clean; the bed was very comfortable; there was full bath and kitchen (fridge had trouble keeping things cold, never got above 45 degrees so take a good ice chest). The kitchen amenities were perfect for making breakfast and a couple of dinners during our 5 night stay. It was nice to have access to a TV but they do need to replace the swivel head which is broken and the TV is at a 45 degree downward angle. We propped it up with a roll of paper towels!! It worked. The outdoor space around the koi pond is so tranquil and pleasant that my husband and I hung out in our PJ and had coffee every morning. At night it was a great place to take in the stunning night skies. If you time it right you get ti watch Karen feed the giant koi Karen was very good at guiding us to the wineries and I can't thank her enough for recommending the Sonoita winery whose MeCaSah wine is truly an award winner. All in all it was so enjoyable and hope to return.
