Normally I throw away my shoes when I wear them out, but one particular pair of shoes changed all that. My smokin' hot "I could take over the world in these shoes" shoes with 6 inch spiked heels desperately needed to be resoled. Throwing them away just wasn't an option. Since I was taking those to be repaired, I figured I may as well take the two pair that I just bought a couple months ago. I dropped off three pair of shoes on a Saturday morning and was told I could pick them up Wednesday afternoon. They did require prepayment, which is perfectly understandable. They charged $4.50 to repair the thong sandal that the thong pulled out of the sole after having only been worn a handful of times. They charged $10 to glue the soles on the cute wedges that I wear the heck out of. To resole my favorite pair of sexy spiked heels set me back $40, which is much less expensive than replacing them if I could even find another pair, which I couldn't. I went back Wednesday and picked up the other two pair and they did a fantastic job. They had not finished my favorite pair yet because the glue wasn't adhering well. No big deal. I picked them up Friday and they looked fantastic! They were just like brand new shoes! I couldn't be more pleased. Mr. Ramos and his staff were super nice. The service was exceptional. I will stop throwing out my shoes and start having them repaired now. I highly recommend you go visit them the next time your favorite shoes start to wear out. read more

I have been using their services for over 20 years and I've never been disappointed. They were in front of the Bel Air mall in the 90's. The dad ran the operation back then.
