Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and honestly confusing. I came in with my newborn son and my mom, and after waiting a few minutes without being acknowledged we walked up to the front desk to ask for help. A staff member assisted us and showed a few bands. When I found one I liked, I asked if it could be made in yellow gold. She said she would check with the vendor and offered to clean my engagement ring so I could look at the bands with my clean ring. After a few minutes, she returned with my ring, and when I asked to try on another band, she told us she was now helping someone else and couldn't assist us further.This was surprising since she had been helping us the entire time up to that point. I was ready to move forward with purchasing a ring but never received an answer about pricing and was told no when I asked to see another option. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

They listen to what you are looking for and help you find just what your heart desires. We try to come once a month or every other month depending on our schedules. Run don't walk as they are closing their doors around Christmas as it's time to retire. My husband FOUND the gemstone in the dryer (bless his heart!). I was in the Florin area one day and inquired about getting the setting done redone. I was given a vague quote, a price that was well below any big box jeweler stores that I had asked for quotes at. I found a picture online of the setting that I wanted, told them which quality of gold that I wanted, and placed a down payment. It took about 3 weeks to get done and I am SO happy. The setting is much more sturdy, and the pendant came to me well polished and just perfect. This is a family run business, I recommend anybody wanting to have personalized jewelry made to come here!
