He found a new quartz movement, and replaced it, at a very reasonable price. Now this Movado watch works. Movado, official site, does not sell the quartz movement. Max helped me out, he heard my vision and helped me decide on what to do. This was a little present from my husband as a push present so my husband wanted me to really think about how I was going to go about it so I won't end up regretting my decision. Max and I talked about pros and cons and he also gave me a pretty good quote. I ended up getting the "toi et moi" ring done which means "you and me" in French. I haven't seen anyone around me who wears this kind of ring design so I was excited to have a pretty unique ring. The job took a little over 2 weeks to be completed but I didn't mind as it didn't take that long and wanted it to be perfect. I'm pretty impressed with how professional everyone is at Kenny G Elk Grove and they are also friendly and welcoming! I never feel intimidated when I come here (unlike other jewelry stores). Even though I've only worked with Don and Max so far, I know that everyone here is very friendly and supportive of their customers' decisions. Yousef called me after examining it and told me that he could have it fixed sometime between 2 to 3 weeks. Well, he had it fixed in 2 weeks and 2 days.
