Told me she can't answer that and told me to sit down and wait until she called my name. I asked how long that might be and she said it would be whenever she was ready. I waited for an additional 30 minutes while I watched her yell at an elderly gentleman over a billing issue. I finally left without getting my blood work done and now go elsewhere. I've been there 3 times now and the negativity is palpable.

Ugh! Ok. Why bother stating that you offer walk-ins if you don't. I arrive at 230 pm for my appointment 2 weeks later &, after my blood draw, was handed a cup to do a urinalysis & was directed just around the corner to the scantily supplied restroom where there is a large sign on the wall instructing one on how to get a "clean" urine catch. Now, as a 53 yo woman I am no stranger in how to get a "clean" catch & was annoyed that there was not a single sanitary wipe - the "clean" in the clean catch - located within this restroom. Furthermore, there was no hand soap located within this restroom for me to wash up after using the toilet as the hand soap dispenser on the sink had been completely removed?!? WTF?! I left feeling like this lab was a complete joke & questioning if I had made the right decision entrusting a lab that doesn't align itself with basic hygiene practices. Where does my tech wash his hands?!?!? F$#%ing GROSS! I certainly will not be using Quest for labs ever again.

If the physician has guidelines to follow, then we should be contacted and communicated with regarding said guidelines. Not constantly being told by the front desk "Yeah, I saw that email and we did receive your paperwork, and we sent it to the manager for review. We'll give you a call back. Is this a good number?" Crickets. WARNING: This company retaliates when their back is against the wall by providing erroneously-filled out paperwork, and ONLY when they receive negative feedback. Best to avoid this unprofessional business who are scared to communicate when you need medical help. Here's my review: "I appreciate the physical care this location has provided, but the lack of communication is a bit concerning. Multiple emails and calls, with promises of callbacks and nothing on their end. When you provide a 10-day doctor's note, you should be able to back it up by filling out FMLA paperwork. It has 15 days to be filed, and this is my wife's job on the line. She had to provide me ADL, IADL, and emotional support during the time of the doctor's note, therefore making the FMLA very simple to fill out so I'm not sure what the hesitancy and lack of communication is for. I'm glad you don't have to worry about important paperwork being filled out for your own job security. NextCare Urgent Care it is.
