Terrible. Every time I've been here the rudest front desk person has been just awful. I went up to the desk to ask how much it might cost for my lab work. She wouldn't look at me. Told me she can't answer that and told me to sit down and wait until she called my name. I asked how long that might be and she said it would be whenever she was ready. I waited for an additional 30 minutes while I watched her yell at an elderly gentleman over a billing issue. I finally left without getting my blood work done and now go elsewhere. I've been there 3 times now and the negativity is palpable. read more

Not too sure why this place has negative reviews, but I visited yesterday for blood work and found the two ladies to be exceptionally kind and courteous. The check-in process was seamless. The facility was clean and the phlebotomy procedure was performed gently, with minimal discomfort. I will definitely return to this location for future lab work. read more

Worst place ever! Walk in for a simple draw. Waiting more than 90 minutes. 2 people working. Looks like they only service 3 people per hour! I drive 40 minutes to get here because the location near me is open 1 day a week with no appointments available. No appointments available at this location in the morning so I did a walk in because I'm fasting. This is ridiculous. No one running desk either. read more

I started off with 1 star but am changing it to 3 because of Cherease. So thank you, Cherease! I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 since I had to fast, checked in via the text link when I arrived, and waited for the text to let me know they're ready. After 20 minutes I decided to go inside and wait in the lobby. Here I am an hour later still waiting. One of the techs called for other patients after mixing two women up completely, didn't help the gentleman who stated he was having trouble checking in on the kiosk, and then asked if we (the other 2 waiting) had checked in yet. I said that I had been checked in and had an appointment. She asked for my name and then continued on with her business, still didn't help the man with his issues, and called another patient back who had walked in five minutes prior. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Ten minutes later and I'm still waiting. Finally! Cherease got me back and was very sweet and apologetic, and took good care of me. I appreciate good people. If anyone else is coming here (like I did!) hoping for some help as to the actual location of the lab, or how to get there, enter the Longmont United Hospital via the front entrance, and then I found the way easily with a little help from the front desk (of course right now you need to check in, have your temp taken, and get a sticker). If you can continue without the stop, just go straight ahead - there is a sign indicating it is the way to go for the lab - then make a right down the hall (the only direction you can continue). At the end of the hall another sign shows the lab is to the right - a yellow arrow helps indicate the way - followed by a quick left and another right, both with the yellow arrows again. I needed just a couple of vials, and my visit was quick and relatively painless. They had the "wait where you're comfortable" option in place, and I wasn't sure if there was a good place inside, so I checked in online once I arrived in the parking lot (25 min before my appointment) and waited in my car. They texted me 7 min later to let me know my phlebotomist was ready (yes, early!), so I headed in; they were calling my name just as I turned the corner. I handed over my papers (always a good thing to have your doctor's orders in case they didn't receive them!), signed a form, and sat down as there were still 3 people in front of me. I started this review then so I'd have less to write later but didn't even finish the directions portion before I was called back. The draw was quick; I don't think I was back there for more than 3 minutes, and that was it! I saw some not-great reviews, so I especially wanted to share that my experience was fine, if not almost pleasant. Unfortunately the lab person who greeted me was very unprofessional and rude and let me know that the labcorp offices are not connected and that I needed to have the doctor fax directly to the Longmont office and that I was supposed to take control of my own paperwork and have paper in hand if I wanted to obtain a lab at her facility. Her name was Tara. She proceeded to make me wait another 20 minutes after I'd already waited 10 minutes, even though my doctor faxed a copy of the order to her within 3 minutes of calling them. I heard the fax come over the line but she proceeded to ignore me and after 10 minutes I asked about it said I thought it came in and she looked narrowly at me and didn't answer but put her thumb up in the air angrily. I just tried to patiently wait but her mean spiritedness was so bad I thought I would report it. She's treated other of my family the same way and I saw her being rude to a couple of patients when there. She's actually very intimidating and scary when you are already vulnerable to the situation. read more

Aside from this place being hard to find, I don't have anything to complain about. I went to this Labcorp because the one closer to me had terrible reviews, so I drove out of my way for this one. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful and the lady who drew my blood was incredible. I had to fast for the blood draw and had to have 14 vials drawn. She was very good about finding the best place for the blood draw and made sure to check multiple locations. She was quick and made sure to keep casual conversation to ensure I did not get anxious during it. Would recommend coming here! read more

LabCorp website regarding antibody testing for Covid-19 is shady and unclear in their wording. I was led to believe they were submitting to the state for payment. Not true... When I showed up, after taking off work early, they said they "didn't know what the cost of the test would be". Seriously? I bet insurance companies love that...But they sure kept the $10 "processing fee" read more
