The machine you check in w doesn't work. The tech was so rude. He just hollered out to 3 of us who were waiting in line. Yelling a last name, who wasn't there. He was very unprofessional. After a long run around to four different locations on my day off to find a walk-in clinic within Ft Collins, CO - two of which were listed in Google Maps, but didn't actually exist & one of those 4 was a drug screen only location, which is not why I was there - I finally had to make an appointment 2 weeks out & the only times available were afternoon appointments in Longmont, are ou r the corner from my office. Ugh! Ok. Why bother stating that you offer walk-ins if you don't. I arrive at 230 pm for my appointment 2 weeks later &, after my blood draw, was handed a cup to do a urinalysis & was directed just around the corner to the scantily supplied restroom where there is a large sign on the wall instructing one on how to get a "clean" urine catch. Now, as a 53 yo woman I am no stranger in how to get a "clean" catch & was annoyed that there was not a single sanitary wipe - the "clean" in the clean catch - located within this restroom. Furthermore, there was no hand soap located within this restroom for me to wash up after using the toilet as the hand soap dispenser on the sink had been completely removed?!? WTF?! I left feeling like this lab was a complete joke & questioning if I had made the right decision entrusting a lab that doesn't align itself with basic hygiene practices. Where does my tech wash his hands?!?!? F$#%ing GROSS! I certainly will not be using Quest for labs ever again. read more

Went in for blood work and the process was smooth and easy. The women working there were kind and professional.

I arrived to an empty clinic. This dark haired tech was extremely unhelpful and insisted that I did not have an order for bloodwork. She then told me to contact the place (National Kidney Registry) that was ordering the tests. I said I would try to put the order through again on their website and she got extremely argumentative and told me I had to contact them directly. I went home and found the order that they had used to schedule the appointment and printed it out and brought it back. She said "oh, I asked you if you went by a different name" lol. No you didn't. And you didn't ask for any other info, you just wanted to be difficult. The order had a middle name listed that I sometimes use. With the same date of birth, and the same agency ordering the bloodwork. Go somewhere else if you can. I spent an hour doing what should've taken 10 minutes. read more

Made an appointment online. Arrived a little early. The office is located inside the Safeway store near the North/East side on 17th & Hover. The waiting room is very small. Two chairs for patients to sit & wait. I was hoping to have a hair follicle with EtG testing done but there were many hops to jump through and I left pretty bummed out. However both staff members that were working were very helpful and friendly and all in all it was an okay experience. Thanks for researching and at least printing off the doc order for my requested tests. read more

Quest Diagnostics - Small waiting room with 3 chairs - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Longmont, Colorado

Absolutely do not recommend going to this location. I went in for two tests. I had paperwork for one but was told from my provider they could look up the other request. The tech was a younger lady with dark hair. Didn't catch her name because I was so shocked at her tone and behavior. She was extremely rude and wouldn't listen to me at all. She flat out tried to argue with me. She talked to me in such a rude manner that I walked out. She yelled at me as I was leaving saying I was asking her to not follow rules. Ridiculous behavior!! Extremely poor customer service. She accused me of asking her to perform a test that I didn't have paperwork for and was not at all listening to me. Worst experience EVER in healthcare. Unreal that companies hire people like this to perform patient care. Go somewhere else unless you enjoy being treated disrespectfully! read more

I've got a bunch of health issues and they can effect my veins. I haven't had that problem in about five years, but this was my first time getting a draw without an essential oil blend I used to use that raises the veins. Lonnie, the Phlebotomist, is a Floater and I count myself lucky to have gotten her. No pain. No problem. She took her time to make sure she'd get it the first time. I was a walk-in and really lucked out in getting right in! read more

Horrible. The woman working here today was condescending, superior, and all around awful. Walk-ins are NOT welcome, they are verbally berated and treated like they are less than human. When I couldn't quite fill the cup for a pre-employment drug screen, the intense condescension continued and after I apologized, she gave a superior laugh as I left. If Quest Diagnostics had ANY sense, they would terminate this woman, or at least put her in a role she never saw a customer again. I decided to do my drug screening with another company much further away in Boulder to avoid dealing with this awful person again. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

One of my worst experiences in health care. the first person did her best to help, but the second woman was one of the rudest people I have ever met.
