One of our gutters ripped off and was dangling. Immediately reached out and it took about 2 1/2 months for them to respond to me. But they finally did and they came out to help fix the downed gutter. Now one of my other gutters is leaking and you can see the gutter guards are hanging off the edge. I reached out asking for help two months ago asking for help and multiple times since. Finally texted from a different phone and got a response... Y'all need to make this right and come out and help fix these gutter guards you installed. They installed a new roof on my home in early March 2020. From the pre-sale to the installation and every step in between, they were amazing to work with. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and how well they coordinated all activities with my insurance company. I even asked if they would add a couple of Air Hawks over the master bedroom, install zinc strips to prevent algea/moss in areas where that had been an issue in the past and even spray some clorox on my second story eaves/soffits to address a few mildew spots. They readily did all those things at no extra cost. They were reasonably priced, used excellent quality material and did a fantastic job with the installation and clean-up (to date, I've only found two roofing nails on the ground). The entire job (6500sf of roofing) completed in 1.5 days. Joel Buchheim was my contact at Roof Top. He met 100% of stated commitments and was extremely responsive throughout the process and beyond. Joel's mobile number is 281-413-9196. Do yourself a favor and give them a shout for all your roofing needs.
