I purchased a Tahoe from him believing him when he told me how he had redone so much and that it would be a good truck for my husband to drive. So many problems that ended up costing us a fortune only to find out he had used after market parts and took shortcuts which endangered my husband and boys who were driving it when the brakes went out. They were so lucky. The wrong parts were put in. I have it all in writing from Meineke where we took it too in an emergency situation. Terribly disappointing to learn Alturo took total advantage of me knowing I trusted him! Shame on him!

I tried this place because I was tired of waiting all day for the big chain store to do tires…read more Their tires are sold at very low prices. You take whatever they have in stock. If you're picky about what brand or rating then this might not be the place for you. You can always call and check first. The owner will tell you what they've got and the cost. This place only takes cash. It is a simple no nonsense quick service deal. The owner has been selling tires here for decades. She provides honest work for honest pricing. It seems to be the place many locals go. I paid about half the price I would have at a big chain place. When I arrived there were three customers ahead of me and overall it took about an hour. The facility is bare bones so if you don't want to sit in the few chairs inside or at the bench outside you will probably just want to sit in your car. When you arrive, if both work spots are busy just park on the grass and go see the owner. Then just wait until she tells you to pull the car onto one of the two spots. I came here because I didn't want to spend a lot and needed quick service. This place met my needs.

Review for Tires R Us - Not Recommended…read more I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I waited nearly 3 hours with two small children in the car just to have one tire replaced. The very next day, the tire pressure warning light came back on, and after checking, I realized the tire they sold me was used, completely worn out, and had no grip at all. I tried contacting the shop multiple times, but Josh, the only person working there, didn't answer my calls. He just replied once via text saying he was busy. Keep in mind, Josh works alone, so you'll have to wait while he finishes working on other cars before he can assist you. The place itself feels very shady. You need a code to get in, and Josh is the one who lets you in and out. I honestly don't know if he even has the proper permits--it felt like work being done "in the shade." I had no choice but to buy a brand-new tire for $120 the following week. Selling a defective, unsafe used tire is not just bad service--it's dangerous. Please don't waste your time or money here. The service is not reliable, and the product quality is unacceptable. I saw many reviews talking about how honest and great the service was--I fell for that. But my experience was the complete opposite. As a single mother, money matters, and above all, so does safety for my kids on the road. Definitely not recommended.

What did we repair on that vehicle so be careful when dealing with this gentleman as he doesn't guarantee his work either from what I can see. Yes a lot of times I would take my own Parts and he was nice enough to use my own parts but I needed to know what was repaired and I got nothing from him other than hanging up the phone not a really good way of doing business how he's lasted as long as he's less that is beyond my understanding.

Tried to have them mount four tires on. I asked for a price…read moreI was told ($350). When I started to question the price ( this isn't my first time having new tires mounted) I was told that the (tire lube) was expensive. I couldn't help but start laughing. The owners son then warned me that I wouldn't find cheaper prices anywhere else. The lack of respect and poor ethical business practices was starting to show. Needless to say drove south on 27 found *****PATTON TIRE***. UNBELIEVABLE $25 A TIRE MOUNTED AND BALANCED...... Response from the owner 4 hours ago: Nobody would install 37x12.50R22LT on a dually truck for $25! Besides, nobody mentioned anything about the tire lube. We don't charge people for tire lube. It's about the LABOR, not the tires. If you find "cheap" tires online, it does not mean it's cheap to mount them. Those tires would break anybody's back to just roll them out of the bed of your truck, let alone mounting them. It takes 2 people to work on each single tire. Our prices are fair, but we can't work on a dually truck for $25. My response: Things couldn't be more evident that you're are an opportunist and scammer. I don't own a dually but based on you're reply HE must have been smart enough to not use you're piss poor service. You saw my young face and thought to yourself "got one". Ali be the same man here you were when you looked me in my eye and said "the tire lube is very expensive".... "You won't find anyone else cheaper" I understand that you want to divert the conversation to a different issue but you never saw the tires that were brought to change, so what are you talking about cheap tires and labor get it together bud
