I was very impressed with how much care he put into making sure our kids could still run around and not have our house non functioning because of the job. He left that for me. He is never on time and doesn't call you to tell you he is not coming that day or the time he said he would come. Also I called him several times and he doesn't return my calls. The last call I asked him, a week ago, to please at least get rid of the bags. No call from him. I had to pay someone to remove his garbage. He gives all kinds of traumatic excuses why he is late or didn't call in the beginning . Very disappointed in Matt the owner. I never thought he would pull that and leave me hanging.
