It's not just a bouncer, but it also had a slide and a basketball hoop inside. Kids really loved it. Roberto delivered the bouncer 2 hours before party, and set it up really quickly. Him and his assistant used disinfectant spray inside and outside, the bouncer was really clean. Great place to rent a bouncer for your party - definitely will recommend this business!

During the week I felt nervous (only because I've heard so many bounce house rental horror stories about other companies no-showing) and Tony was communicative by text to confirm our reservation. Tony delivered the obstacle course several hours before the party started so we weren't stressed. He was so friendly and kind and really cared about the kids having fun. He gave us lots of suggestions about the best place to set up the equipment, how to make it a water slide if the kids got hot, etc. He then spent about an hour at hour house cleaning and adjusting the bounce course so it was perfect. The next morning he arrived right on time to take it away. All that, plus his prices were hundreds of dollars less than other companies we talked to. There were a few tape patches on the bounce house, but we didn't care about that and neither did the kiddos. It worked perfectly and held up to a dozen teenagers crashing around on it all night. Tony was the hero of our kid's birthday party :-)

Xpressjumper lets you reserve online. Most places requires you to call. I just text the day before event to confirm. Website was easy to navigate. You pay when they setup. Cash, check, or credit card excepted, extra fees for using a credit card. Xpressjumper does not carry a huge selection of bouncing house compare to other places which was fine. I rented out the inflatable jousting for my boyfriends graduation back in May 2021! We had tons of fun; everyone got to join in on the tournament! (It is honestly so tiring, I am exhausted and out of breath after one round). Even the kids on the block were interested in joining the party! Kenji was able to drop it off and pick up at the times we had planned. He did a great job with setting it up for us, the bouncy was clean.

Everyone had a blast and kept wanting to go in it even when it was raining on Saturday. The jumper dries up quickly, but we grabbed a towel and gave it a good wipe down when mother earth decided to stop crying. Drop off was pleasant. They came to drop off, set up, and left. Mini conversation was nice while they were setting up as well. The jumper was cleaned, thanks to Philip(?) who was cleaning it on Friday when him and Kenji dropped it off. Philip was working hard because those sweats don't lie, lol. Used 2 outlets for the jumper, so be sure to have outlets available. And that they do not connect to each other, so the electricity would not shut off because of too much power. Kenji came to pick up with Philip around 8-9pm on Sunday. Which was perfect because by then everyone would of left and got ready for school the next day (today). They came, picked up, and left. Fast, efficient and professional. You got me as a forever returning client!
