Awesome taste, fresh ingredients and it came with an egg on top, which is the really authentic way to have this dish in Thailand. My better half had Tom Yam Gung (spicy soup with prawn) and Pad Thai Gai (noodles with chicken). Also very tasty and authentic taste. The owner of the restaurant (from Phuket Island) is very welcoming and friendly. Fun to talk to. We really enjoyed our dinner here and will come back again soon!

This eatery has been around for a while which is a good sign. It is also frequented by some Thai locals in Vienna. This is also a plus but I have never had a superlative dining experience here. A recent meal reconfirmed that fact. The opening course Tom Kha Gai - coconut milk soup with chicken and lemon grass was spicy enough but not as flavorful as I like. The popular Gai Pad Khing main course was def better especially with the aid of a homemade chili sauce. I wasn't wowed but pleased. Service was fine although it was slightly annoying when the credit card machine didn't work. Fortunately we had enough cash on us so we didn't wind up in the kitchen washing dishes! Special alert!! - I'm adding this to the review a few weeks later. Even though I paid in cash when I was told the credit card machine didn't seem to be working, this restaurant still charged my credit card as I saw when I got my credit card statement. Be aware of this practice and be sure to get a receipt if you pay in cash after they take your credit card, put it in the machine, and then inform you that the credit card machine isn't working!

It was mentioned that the chicken is lightly breaded and fried as part of the dish, however, I didn't realize it would change the texture of the meal as much as it did. I found myself stripping off the fried part of the chicken and just eating the meat with the curry which tasted very good.

Twenty minutes later, thinking chicken and noodles shouldn't really take this long, I stood up and one of the employees asked me whatt I had ordered; turns out my food had been ready at least five minutes but they had just forgotten to so much as announce when it was ready. Ah well, forgivable. Unfortunately, though, once I took it back to my place to eat, I found it to be really, really oily. The ingredients and flavor were good, I just felt like I was eating a lot more oil than necessary.
