Much easier to scoot on by the Golden Acorn up on the hill knowing that this station and convenience store exists. Easy to operate pumps. We have never been there when all the pumps were taken. Fantastic store inside chock full of snacks and drinks. Very clean restrooms. This is a perfect place to hit the restroom and fill your tank after making it through the mountains on your way to San Diego or the perfect place to fill up your tank and hit the restroom before heading into the mountains on your way to Arizona. We have always gotten friendly and fast service from the employees. I suggest you give them a shot. It may change the way you approach San Diego, or the way you leave it.

Its a quick stop if you in dire need of gas as the gas prices are quite high but if you are on fumes it's a blessing. Then they send a guy to get it but he said he couldn't remove it because my car was in the way. I had a supervisor drive to my house to see the postion of the car and they ended up coming back a week later. I asked for the district manager to call me but no dice. So to add insult to injury these clowns where charging almost $5 a gallon when everyone else was charging $2.41. Do not use this service.
