Can you give less than one star? I wish. This place is just NOT safe. EF tours may send your kid…read morehere- not good. First, it's 17 floors, and they'll spread the kids out. Try doing bed checks with an elevator that takes 5 minutes to get to you. The rooms are disgusting- I'd call it skid row "chic". Yes- dinner was a deep fried cutlet and potato wedges- no fruit, no veg (but there was cake). Drinks? Bottle water, dirty glasses, tepid water for tea, and coffee. I guess EF gets a deal on this place- but I'm writing to complain, because this is not up to even their rather minimalist standards, and I don't think it's safe to put kids here. And those wake up calls for our 5 am bus that we were supposed to get? Never happened. Even though the guy at the desk decided to tell me I did get one- even though no one did, and many of us were awake, so we would have noticed....
