When my girlfriend and I checked into the hotel they gave us a single queen bed room, our reservation was for a single king size room. When we called down to the front desk the guy working at the front desk argued with her that our reservation was for a single queen and not a single king, then after showing the front desk staff our reservation email confirmation stating we reserved a king size bed they finally gave us the correct room. First off, in the hospitality customer service industry you should never argue with guests without confirming first and even then it should be addressed and corrected. Secondly, when we left the hotel on day two with the "please clean room" door plaque hanging on the door, the room was half cleaned, they shut our curtains and left a red cleaning clove on the chair, however did not replenish towels or make the bed. We had to call down and have them come up with fresh towels while one of us was in the shower. So far very unprofessional and we will not be extending our stay here or returning. Looking for another hotel for the remainder of our trip at the moment. read more
