For what I paid that's pretty annoying.

He was supposed to arrive today at 9:30 AM. He never showed up. I texted him several times, tried calling, and got nothing. He never responded to my texts. I accepted his job order, we had the job schedule last week and he texted me that he had to reschedule. So we rescheduled for Wednesday 10/15 and he doesn't show. I saw other reviews that he had done the same thing! I should have realized this guy is unreliable!! Never Again!!

He was late and when contacted gave me an alternate time. Well. This happened for two consecutive days straight. I wasted my entire weekend waiting for them to show up. Multiple texts assuring me he would come and after calling with no answer I was ghosted. If this is how they treat a customer, I am shocked they are still in business. If you use them and have an issue after they do work, don't expect a call back. Absolutely appalling and horrible. I was given multiple excuses for not coming to the job and of course being ghosted as a final F you.

I immediately called the gas company and they came and shut off the gas line. It's the dead of the winter and now I have no heat. I didn't know where to begin. I checked the internet but nothing jumped out at me. I went on yelp and began reading reviews and I ran across Lawrence heating & air. I called spoke to a woman who was very pleasant and told me a tech could come out to assess the boiler to see if it was still usable. Joe came and he looked at it and said it it's a hazard. With all the rust and corrosion and not to mention whatever was on fire. He said it needed replacing. He talked to me about the options and stated I would get an email from the owner of my options. 30 mins later the email was there and everything was included. All the info I needed to know about the unit, specs, warranty, parts/tubing for replacement, price. It was a proposal. I reached out to Lawrence with my questions and he answered right away. I also stated my elderly dad lives with me and elderly need service as soon as possible. That was no problem. He sent me payment options as well. Once I accepted the proposal and date was locked in and they techs came the next day on time. Randy showed up first, then Joe & Chaly. They immediately put down floor draping and loaded all of the supplies , pipes , boiler, etc. They opened all the radiators starting at the top. All of them were pleasant and very Knowledgeable about their job. Any questions I asked Randy explained. They cleaned up behind themselves and made sure everything was put back in place. Once they were done Randy told me about my new unit and what was removed and put in. This company made the entire stressful event so much more easier, like a weight had been lifted. My house is warm and cozy thanks to everyone involved .. Great teamwork ! I would definitely recommend !!! Thank you so much to everyone that played a part in getting me back up in running !!
