It is now layered ! and the top one is only 2.5 ins long ! I felt the stylist talked too much, didn't concentrate on what she was doing. She managed to cut behind my ears with the scissors she was using. she walked away from my hair to deal with a phone and didn't communicate what she was doing throughout my hair cut. she took too long for the small amount of cutting she did.
