The foo.\n D was great I don't. Can't give you a problem with the food. The service was good outside the table. S you set at are filthy and dirty and full of gunk, nasty, as can be west 117th, clean up those tables at that restaurant, those are nasty and filthy as hell and I use a Walker I thank God I didn't have set in one of those seats. But those are dirty you didn't tell me I had to bring my own cleaning supplies. And oh, my God, the bees outside flying around, I won't blame you for that bees outside by those tables too, which made me get up.And finally leave , they were attacking me and the food. Very bad outdoors experience of eating at this restaurant. read more

Service. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich Wed night 945pm through the drive in. They had to grill it so they sent me to the other side to wait on it. I was alone in the car- no passenger. I was handed a bag which promptly dumped half of my fries on the floorboard of my car. Sorry! Then given a Diet Coke which the cup collapsed and half the soda went on my cloth seat. Sorry! I was bin a 2010 Hyundai Elantra, not a large SUV. You need to pay attention and not send someone to the side where you have to reach from the drivers side all the way to the window. Poor judgment call. Poor service. Now I have to clean both the floorboard and seat. The diet coke was only half what I paid for, the fries were only half what I paid for, and the chicken sandwich had mayo, cheese, and 2 small onion rings on it. The sandwich was gross- ended up giving it to my dog. The only edible thing was the fries. The girl gave a sorry, but they did not make good on what I lost. They should have offered new fries and a drink at the very least but didn't. Plus the sandwich wasn't correct either. Worst experience at a Rally's! I would rate them negative stars if possible. read more

Beyond Horrible, hope you get shut down. I mean where do I begin you get the orders wrong all the time then forget things in the order then the app won't let you report the order with a issue so hey you get to pay for there stupidity. Would say for sure they can't read worth s*** it's just amazing how crap they run that hole in the wall. SHUT THEM DOWN PLEASE. Scamming customers on their order and not reading a dam screen is stupid. read more

My order was perfect and tried the baconzilla for the first time and it was delicious!

I love rally's but not this location they don't care about the quality of food they're putting out. It's like the cooks could care less about the food. I've received cold food several times. At night they don't take credit or debit cards only cash idk what's going on at that location but they need to fire everyone and bring in new staff read more

I hardly eat fast food but once in a while, I will get some fries or pizza from a restaurant. Rally's is known for their well-seasoned fries so sometimes I crave to have them. I know fries are definitely not the healthiest food to eat so I do not recommend eating them everyday, obviously....haha. During the COVID-19 pandemic (Coronavirus), they are open. DRIVE-THRU -- I visited in July 2020 and I ordered medium fries. The fries tasted good. I ordered through the drive-thru line which was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, when I picked up my fries, I noticed that the woman behind the counter was NOT wearing a mask. This was disappointing to see because the Coronavirus is a serious disease that has killed millions around the world. I didn't see any other employees so perhaps some of them were wearing a mask. I won't be back here anytime soon. I hope Rally's will urge all of its employees to wear masks. **** - 30/200 total reviews in 2020 - 406 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 14 July 2020 read more

Love rallys but this location is hit or miss and it is not its food, but a dice roll on if you will be waiting 2 minutes or 40 minutes.

Great service Terrie is always helpful and friendly , Rally's never disappoints my new go to with no Carl's Jr. in this area

It's a fast food place with DIRTY burgers (I mean that in a unhealthy cheeses way) I like that they are open later thag most places around and pretty much cheaper. Slow service usually and small burgers took me 2 seconds to eat. Tastes like those burgers you got in grade school read more

I want to start off by saying that the last visit we were there, they had forgotten a fry in our order. We aren't the type to complain about our food so we let it slide. We came to this location and ordered our food. The way in which you order is with an a.I. telecom and we had casually stated that the last time we ordered they had forgotten the fry's. The robot on the other end didn't comment on it so we just said to heck with it and carried on. When we got our food they must of heard us talking about it and put in an extra fry in the bag and upgraded our chicken tenders from 3pc to a 6pc. Good job rallys, good job. Good service and way to keep the customers happy. read more

Would give zero stars if possible. Longest wait ever in drive thru. These people working here must suffer from learning disabilities

Love the friendly service here BUT Sadly I have a but.. actually a WARNING This is a second time in a few months I have been here there were people inside with NO MASKS Really?????? After over 1/4 MILLION deaths AND a state order for employees to mask AND a personal call to the management over a month ago ?? STILL NO MASK? Even wonderful people with great attitude and friendly serve can get and transmit covid 19 read more

If I could give less stars I would, this place is unbelievable they make you wait to place an order and then when they say go ahead with your order when you start talking they are lol you to hold again! They never get your order right and when you do get it you've been waiting 40 minutes for them to bring it out! They have poor attitudes and no work ethics whatsoever ever !! read more

One star. If I could less stars I would. First of all they didn't tell us the correct lane to get in. Not friendly and we waited in line for 20 minutes to order, but hey it's a Sunday night and we need our fix. read more

You know you've hit the dregs of post-2 A.M. grub when you see that anything quick and fit for human consumption is closed and you turn your wearied eye towards Rally's. If it's not the homeless man who tried to wedge himself between your car and the window and offers to give your money to the cashier for a fee that gets you, it's the disgruntled teenagers hanging out that shower your car with what's left of their milkshakes. I can say this for certainty: This place sells food ostensibly for humans. Whether you should purchase and willingly put it in your body is a question only you can answer. read more

We go through here frequently, as hubby likes their cones. This place is like all other Rally's, with 2 sides and speakers from which to order. We pulled up to the other side to order, and were rudely told to go to the other side. Fabulous. A sign, or a closed lane indicator would have been less inconvenient. But no, let's instead bark at the customers to use the other side. I like Rally's, but this one is not a great example. read more

I'd there anything better than a good greasy cheeseburger. Yes, one with bacon. I tried their steakhouse bacon double cheeseburger. It's served on their Texas toast or is it flat bread? The sandwich was really well seasoned and the meat was perfectly cooked. The deal was $5 for Combo with fries and a drink. At 12:15 pm, the line was three cars and it went quick enough I had to wait for food. Very friendly but a little over top in trying to add dessert. Really three times was good, four times is annoying. All in all. Good lunch stop. read more

I went to the Rally's on w. 117th street last week and ordered 2 chili dogs with onions. When I took it out of the bag about 30 second later to eat one, it was not even lukewarm. Now, today, one week later I decided to give them another chance. This time I bought 4 of them but with cheese. The chili and cheese were hot but the hotdogs were still barely lukewarm. I then called the manager there to tell her about my experience both times. She tells me they can only heat them to 180 degrees. I let her know that they were not 180 and that they must have been taken off to early. She offered to replace them, as though maybe I would like 4 more at the same temp. Never eating at Rally's again! That's just unacceptable in my opinion. read more

Just went to the 150th location with the pooch, because I had a coupon. This is about the only reason I hit fast food ever. Feeling like I pulled a fast one on the restaurant. The fact I had to order something called a "Big Buford" shook me to my core. But she loves the drive through so much. She dances in the back seat and squeals. That's probably a bad thing. Cesar Milan would most certainly frown on that shit. However, this 117th location has much more historical value. We used to drive out from Lake County to go to the Chamber(Stefanie chortles in her labcoat) every couple of months. Once you get out of there, you're drunk, hungry, oddly horny, and everything is closed. Except My Friends. And we're not doing that since we don't want to see all the same people who were just in the Chamber. So we would hit Rally's. Banana shake and fries. Every time. Devoured before we even got to Route 2. Though we never finished the shake. It sat in the fridge overnight and became a morning hangover slime to down with aspirin. Truly, food for the undead. Now that I get it once a year as an actual meal, I can't say it's better or worse than any other fast food. But the experience always takes me back to those days. The employees are always laid back folks who have pretty much hit bottom in life and are just there as part of their probation. The fish sandwich(the Deep Sea Double I believe) is a way better bargain than the McDonald's Filet O Minnow. The fries are still top notch. We even took our out of town yelp visitor from Minnesota there on the way to the airport when she had to leave. This was after a night of drinking on the front steps(after a visit to the Phantasy- oh, how life repeats itself). Don't know if she reviewed it/liked it/ kept it down. Never asked her. But, it's always there waiting for post debauchery appetites like that line from the song "It's a Thin Line(between love and hate)". Lyrics: IT'S FIVE O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING AND YOU'RE JUST GETTING IN YOU KNOCK ON THE FRONT DOOR AND A VOICE SWEET AND LOW SAYS "WHO IS IT?" SHE OPENS UP THE DOOR AND LETS YOU IN NEVER ONCE ASKS WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN SHE SAYS "ARE YOU HUNGRY? DID YOU EAT YET? No, Rally's I haven't. Let's do this. read more

If you want your food cold and wait a good 15 minutes, this is your kind of place. The service was below average and so was the food. I could recommend staying completely away from this establishment read more

Used to love it here until onetime we got a meatball sub and it was everywhere. All over our food and the bag and we took it back and they were very rude. Also it is not clean. There were flies in the kitchen and on the food and one lady dropped a bun on the floor, picked it up and put it on a burger. Very good food but not at this location. read more

Absolutely horrible,COCKROACHES and Waited over 30 mins for the wrong bad tasting food. While waiting, the other drunk customers were harassing me. The employees were not working, they were just standing around talking. Awful awful awful. I would rather starve. read more

Probably the best fast food on west 117th. Inexpensive yet better quality than the others.
