Zara staff are always very friendly and happy to help; this particular store is a big one so it's worth a visit.

The place has a real artificial feel. The numerous shops sell mainly cards, crafts and antiques but the merchandise is all very samey and a bit tacky. There are a few activities for kids such as pottery painting and a falconry and the Village café serves a decent enough cake. It's the first time I've been shopping and have only spent £3 on a coffee. I won't be rushing back.
