Recently visited on my visit to London... a nice clean place with good food but very stark lighting…read morewhich made it seem more like a cafeteria than an intimate experience... to his credit one of the partners (its owned by 3 brothers) adjusted the lighting immediately and got a round of applause from the other patrons... The annoying indo- pakistani videos playing on the TV were the only source of music available until he gets the new speaker system installed. Votive candles on each table and a large mirror on the empty wall would do much to improve the lack of ambiance and give the place a larger feel... super friendly owner who was very open to all these ideas and if he follows through I look forward to a return on my next trip... Very good service and good mains but both could use a slight tweaking of the flavours by an experienced chef but definately on the right track... looking forward to next time! Crisco

The menu is more diverse than I have ever seen here in London.. besides the basic items you find in any Indian restaurant in this city, there were items you wouldn't have seen in any restaurant here.. we decided to order the Mix grill and chilli paneer for starters.. grill was great and paneer was decent.. but the showstopper was the main course.. from the Daal baati to the gatte ki sabzi (if you don't know what that is, look it up and definitely try) to the methi ki roti; everything exceeded our expectations. This place is new and not huge,but it's definitely worth going there once and then going there again
