When shown the massage room (clean, quiet, large, and well decorated), I noticed the overhead rails. I asked, and they did back walking massage. So we did about 20 minutes of back walking, followed by 70 minutes of deep tissue. The massage itself was fantastic, and she checked with me multiple times to confirm the pressure levels. She also focused on knots in my lower back/hip area. Highly recommend.

The massages targeted knotted muscles and stressed joints and immediately relieved soreness. Both Chris and Andrea take the time to listen and understand your needs and explain what they are doing. We went back the next day for an hour long stretching session with Chris. The stretching focuses on releasing the fascia throughout your body to improve flexibility. I have moderate arthritis in both knees and I live with constant stiffness and minor pain. After the stretching session - which was like no other stretching session - all stiffness was gone from my knees. That hasn't happened in 5+ years!! We recorded the stretches and I intend to keep working on them throughout the year. Thanks Chris & Andrea. You are making a positive difference in our lives!
