Car wash dented by vehicle on both sides in the same exact place, same dents. Told the brushes couldn't do this because they were soft. Showed employees the day it happened and was told they were there to take reports not judgement. If you go there, check your car to make sure there aren't any dents. How do I cancel or put a pass on-hold? There is no contact information on the site and when you ask people at the location they say call in or go online? What number do I call? I've looked online and I don't see a customer service contact or number... Because they do not have a transparent way to do this, I feel this is the age old trick of making it difficult to cancel or pause so ill just keep paying, I am giving them 2 stars. This place used to have great car washes and amazing vacuums. I'd come here every 1-2 weeks. The vacuums now literally wouldn't suck up a piece of grass. I dont care so much about increased price, but the quality here is awful now. Since switching to "True Blue", My car has come out still dirty twice, when using the $15 package. The Rainstorm car wash machine on Knoxville by the hospitals damaged the finish on my car. I was told if you complain, they'll point to the large sign that's posted outside the entrance that says, "not responsible for damage." read more

Car wash is horrible doesn't get all of the dirt off your vehicle & misses the whole entire back side of the vehicle. Soap suds we're still on my vehicle after being "rinsed" & then the soap suds are heated dry right onto my vehicle. Customer service is NONEXISTENT! No one will contact you back if you have a problem or a question. After calling for 2 weeks and finally getting ahold of a "manager" they are extremely unprofessional and could definitely use more training in customer service. Oh & if you want to speak to someone above the "district manager" there is "no one" because they don't give out that information "per company policy". "You can leave your information but they probably won't contact you back because they don't deal with customer service issues." This place has gone down hill and is still rolling that way. Sent a comment in concerning th he empty bug wash buckets and the lack of concern of the employees. Sent a second complaint in concerning the employees sitting on their butts while trash overflowed and couldn't find a vacuum that wasn't clogged. No response so I asked for my membership to be canceled. No response. Went into office to make it happen. Switch to the club car wash down the street. $1 more a month and they scrub the bugs off and provide towels for the inside of your car. Empl were a lot more on it as well. read more

True Blue on Allen Rd. Peoria Il. does not give you the option anymore to get the $3.00 car wash. The cheapest one is $6.00. Peoria has other car washes that hasn't raised their rates. Will go elsewhere from now on. read more

I'm a FastPass holder (until I cancel it next week, anyway) and have been disappointed in this place for the last 6 months. Not only do they close early without notice on a regular basis (and not 5-10 minutes early, more like 45-60 minutes early), the staff has continued to decline. Drove in tonight to find a young worker waving his hands at me wildly. When I rolled down my window to inquire, he was beyond rude, telling me "it's broken, you need to back up". When I asked if it would re-open today, he got even more curt, telling me "you can pull forward and sit there if you want but it's not going to do anything". I then noted the time...6:24pm....and asked if they were going to be closed for the evening. His response? "Can't you see the vacuums are working? We're not closed." So I'm obviously done with this place. I was supportive of a subscription-based business model for a car wash, I thought it was a solid revenue-generating plan, but now I see why people are flocking in droves to the competitors. Nothing ruins a solid operation faster than untrained teens with a bad attitude and no guest service skills. I haven't had issues with the wash itself....my car gets clean enough....but I will happily pay a per-wash fee at one of the other great car washes in town to ensure I'm treated decently. I'd suggest folks check out Red Carpet, Fullers, or Waterworks; they may not have the 'free vacuums' gimmick but you don't have to worry about being insulted by a condescending teenager. read more

I went through the car wash on Allen Road in October, 2018 when they were having their "Free Car Wash" and "Fast Pass" for $8.00. I was NEVER told that I was getting into a recurring $36.00 charge per month for car washes. I am VERY unhappy and have contacted my credit card company to wage a dispute against True Blue Carwash. Shady place. Signed up for unlimited washes through December on a promotion. Asked if it was recurring or just through December and was told it was not recurring. $18 charge that had to be charged back. Who in central IL wants unlimited automatic car washes in January and February? Do they think I want my car to be a solid block of ice? Shady promotion, shady place, avoid. read more
