Cory, the owner, came out this morning and was able to make things right. He suggested that they could place a bell shaped cutout in the ground by cutting out the grass, laying fabric on the soil and filling the area with river rock. That sounds very acceptable to us.

Lamplears excuse is that the wall only had a two year guarantee which is ridiculous for this type of work. That was never indicated on their proposal or invoice. They also mulched all around my house, installed trellises, and planted perennials. George, the owner, was very pleasant to work with and we collaborated on the landscape designs, discussing ideas and options. He also worked with me on keeping expenses within my budget. The crew members were so friendly and hardworking. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and appreciated that they did an excellent job of cleaning up after each work day. The end result was BEAUTIFUL!!! My neighbors really liked the landscaping and are planning to contact Greenkeepers to discuss their own landscape projects. I have already scheduled Greenkeepers to come back this fall to do hardscaping in the front of my house.

Isaac also spotted several dangerously leaning trees that other pros had overlooked on their inspection of our property. And he creatively recommended forestry mulching, a method I had not previously heard of, as a time-efficient and lasting alternative to using a pole-saw to trim branches away from our long driveway. While I did not hire Scofield, I can definitely say Isaac is knowledgeable and cares about his customers (even prospective ones).
