I have witnessed the owner talk to the employees with the most disrespect. They have no respect for their customers and talk to their customers like dirt. The owner and the management are rude and downright arrogant. They get mad at the employees if they go above and beyond to help a customer to make sure the customer is happy. I mean if it was not for the customer there would be no business so you would think the management would appreciate a good worker that went above and beyond not here.
