Unfortunately, I called weeks ago several times to ask about cutting down those same trees and got a call back today, three weeks later! The person calling was rude and disrespectful. I was attempting to voice my concerns about the foundation issues when cutting down a tree very close to the house. She spoke harshly stating, " I'm going to hang up because you want let me speak!" I apologized stating I was just trying to explain what I needed and why. She hung up in my face! I called other companies today and they were outstanding. Haley with Davy Trees was so nice and helpful. She listen to my concerns and worked with me and so did Jeff's Tree Service. Both were PROS! I called Green Grounds, LLC and another company to get estimates for several landscaping projects…read morethat needed to be done in both my front and back yards. Green Grounds was reasonably priced and able to get us on their schedule (pending weather restrictions) within a very suitable period of time. In our backyard, we needed what I would consider significant removal of overgrown ground vegetation, leaves, shrubbery, and fallen twigs and limbs before the basic trimming, weeding, and cutting could be done. We also needed weed stopper fabric and mulch added to several areas (which I would consider a decent size). The Green Grounds crew had to remove a good deal of brick in those places from the previous homeowner creating beds that had overgrown. Green Grounds also planted some things that I had purchased in some of those areas. In addition, they did significant repair to a wood retaining wall for us. In the front, they removed dead shrubs and trimmed others as well as refreshed three flower beds with weed stopper fabric and new mulch. In addition, they prepped the entire yard (including an area that had recently had a tree removed) for new sod and laid it down. There were anywhere from three to nine crew members at our home each time that Green Grounds was here. They were professional at all times. They had to work around the rainy weather, but were here when they said they would be around the weather changes. They worked as quietly as possible and cleaned up after themselves, going as far as to put down extra sod where there was a tire mark left in the back yard. Everything looks incredible. We are very pleased. As you can see from my detailed post, this is evidence that Green Grounds, LLC can do it all! I highly recommend their services. We will be using them to do our yard upkeep from now on!

They did great work- initially I gave them 5 stars- however, they did cut my…read moreinternet line and a month later when it was time to turn my irrigation system on, I found out they hit that power line as well. They did not like the quote on 900$ from my irrigation company to come dig and replace the power line and they have yet to come fix it themselves. I reached out on June 2 to let them know and they still haven't been out to fix it. He also argued with me that his guys didn't hit the power line. I know they did. They dug all my yard up to sod. It's been a lot of me trying to chase them down to fix what they broke.Im still waiting today and keep getting "we are too busy"- when you break something you should make it a priority to fix it... so now I'm out 900$ to fix the irrigation power line they hit bc they won't get it handled in a timely manner and I need my irrigation up and running.
