I was looking for a permanent solution to prevent leaves/acorns/debris from filling the gutters and having them cleaned 3 times a year for $100 a trip. I called Brent from Leafguard of Memphis for a proposal. He did a complete inspection and gave me 2 options, a screen filter or the guards. I've seen them work at home shows, and guaranteed not to clog. I purchased the guards, and scheduled for the next week. Jon and his assistant Ray came out to install. I thought it was great that they fabricated the gutter to the exact size of the porch on site. One continuous piece; no joints to leak down the road. They also installed 2 downspouts. They were very professional and cleaned up after they were through, including hauling away the old gutter. It's been about a month and 3-4 good rains, and I can't say enough as to how well they perform. My flower beds don't fill with water from clogged gutters, leaves just fall off the roof. And they look so much better than what I had. Definitely adds curb appeal. In short, you get what you pay for, and this was money well spent.

The consultation was free/insightful because they helped me think of more ideas that I could incorporate in my pool project. They offered an amazing 3-D design in which we sat down to make revisions on until the design was 100% to my liking. Pricing was amazing because the owner of the company understands that not everyone can afford a pool so he tries to help you out and gives amazing discounts to solidify the customer's commitment towards the company. Here are the things that stood out to me about their commitment and work quality: 1.) Quality service at AFFORDABLE prices 2.) Their team is very passionate about their work 3.) Everything is done at house 4.) The owner of the company came out to oversee every step of the project 5.) Communication was transparent and explained every question I had in detail

In the time I have worked with Matamoros Pool this has been what transpired:…read more 1 - Matamoros left pool motor running almost 24 hours dry, I had to shut off myself upon hearing it and notify the company - no apology ever provided 2 - employees left tiles on patio, trash in backyard and lawn damage on front yard grass from running through lawn 3 - lost a sprayer nozzle (I had to notify) and they replaced with incorrect size (too small) 4 - on day to finish pool Matamoros did not have the tile which I was assured Matamoros had in stock - only became fortunate wife was home and had enough from former homeowners to use again 5 - finish was sold to use grey color and would not fade - it is now discolored in several spots within one week of being finished. After it took over a week to get them to respond, the owner finally came out. When he did, he stated my motor is too small for my pool and I opened the pool incorrectly. The motor is not too small (per regulation) for the pool AND if they believed that they should have said as much when they left it running and emptied the pool. Additionally, I followed the national plasters association when opening the pool with new plaster, so I wish them luck somehow showing the damage was my fault. Matamoros does not provide their own instructions on opening their pools as they told me today it would actually make them liable. They prefer to hide behind no instructions so they can blame a homeowner when things don't work out. I am providing two stars instead of one because the price was very competitive. Had it not been, one star no question.

He was very happy to allow me to demo the pool cleaner and he took his time to make sure I had all of the information to operate the demo machine and that I had all of the literature and information to make my decision going forward. After my experience with Pool Sharks and Travis I can't help but think that the one bad review of "Travis" (written by Matthew B" must have been some personal vindictive situation because the "Travis" he described in his review was nothing like the "Travis" I experienced in about three occasions while shopping at Pool Sharks.
