We stopped in and were welcomed with friendly service. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and my sister got an iced latte with almond syrup. Both coffees hit the spot. However recently last two times it was pretty bad, today especially. I got apple cider chai and it was pretty bad. It was super expensive and honestly, didn't taste any chai whatsoever. We also had decaf mocha with oatmilk and we just had to trash it immediately after we tried it. Not sure how can they even sell something so terrible to customers and again charge so much for such a low quality coffee. If you don't have good decaf beans, then don't offer decaf coffee. It's very upsetting to receive such a terrible coffee. Place was super run down with literal hole in the ceiling, so half of the place was closed down. Even the area that was open was super run down, and had pieces of pain coming out. So overall not a nice ambience.

Well they did and boy am I glad they did because I LOVE Kalesia and loved having the chance to show it to new people. I was just afraid there'd be too many of us. But I got super lucky and there was a large open table. Everyone really enjoyed their drinks. They all got the fancy blends but I'm perfectly happy with my "teatannic" (the largest size and that name cracks me up) Moroccan Mint. So refreshing iced. This is a delightful, cozy, Asian themed café. There are a few food options like bahn mi and rice bowls and tons of tea and a few latte options. The service is always so friendly and I always see little groups hanging out and chatting and individuals doing some studying or working. They even have a gorgeous quiet room, set up to take your shoes off and sit comfortably on the floor and study or write or work in peace. I could definitely see bringing my laptop and working on a novel with a delicious, comforting tea. I haven't tried the food yet because every time I come here it's either right before or right after dinner plans, but it looks and smells SO good and my time is coming!

The inside is really cute with nice furniture and a great selection of ice cream, donuts, and specialty drinks, including boba, matcha, smoothies, coffee, and more. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered an espresso cinnamon roll, and a chocolate-filled croissant, and everything was delicious! No drinks this time. My only suggestion to the owner would be to package the donuts and pastries in front of the customer at checkout rather than taking them into the back to box them up. Most donut and pastry shops package items within view of the customer, and I think it gives customers a little more peace of mind when they can see their specific items being handled and packaged, especially when it comes to food. Overall, we really enjoyed everything we tried and would definitely stop by again!
