Luckily it was one of the few days of sunshine and good weather in WA, so I could enjoy laying in the grass. There is something here for everyone. BBQ grills, rugby/soccer fields, baseball/softball fields, basketball courts, trails, doggie doo bags, public restrooms, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, picnic shelters, child & toddler playgrounds and a skate park. It's very well kept and still looks brand new even though it's been around since 2004 I believe. Check this place out before summer is over.

Their website is horrible. There 0 information on what's allowed or not, and then you bring balloon and confetti and they yell at you There is only one restroom and there were a lot of people. Our birthday "room" was in a hall with dividers - where others peoples were having a party. The service girl was constantly very stressed, Red in the face and kept bringing thighs we did not order lol. The last complain - I promise - the "DJ" was playing slow elevator music, from the 70's and kids all went off the rink and was just sitting in the small divider ))) I went to the DJ- asked for music suitable for 9-10 year girls and boys and girls my mum. He said 0- oh I don't what to play ((( maybe you make a music list and give to me? I gave him $20 and he forgot about the list. I would still go there w my kids - just to skate, in dark cold evenings- but if you are planning a birthday party, think again. Thank you. P.S. Kiwanis is okay…read morefor that but the patk is relatively small so it takes some doing to meet your goals on the game as far as that goes. There are a few Pokestops but not many. In fact this park lives up to it's name accurately. It is a skate park and there isn't much else as far as multiuse goes but it is big enough you could slip in a picnic. The ramps for the skaters look great so if that is what you want to do here you are bound to have a lot of fun!

Picnic tables and lots of trash cans. This park is well maintained. The restrooms are clean as well. Lots of grass for sun bathing, playing kick ball or throwing the frisbee. This is my neighborhood park so I come here often. My daughter loves the swings. I feel that they could add some newer toys on the playground- they are extremely dated.

It has a lot of interesting features, changing forest density and tree type over short distances. There's a river, cattle ranches, farms, horses, a long train line, and that is only a small section of the trail. I assume as my wife and I continue to explore the trail we will see more. The constantly changing visuals are the defining feature of this bike trail. Road bike trails cannot contend with the excitement of a mountain bike trail, so they need to offer the biker something else. Fortunately, this trail has it.

This park is very beautiful! It used to be a church, but has since been taken over as a community…read morerec center and park. The park is huge! There is a small well-kept playground with restrooms. They have a big open grassy circle with a paved path around it for those who would like to skate/bike/walk, and there's a sign to tell you how many times around is a mile. They have a really big fenced off area with trees and lots of room to run for dogs! There are also gravel trails around little ponds to explore. They have done a really nice job cultivating this for the community! There is a big open grassy area behind the community center too, can't wait to see what it turns in to! My little sausage dog loved coming here to explore the trails. The only down side is that the ponds can attract some geese and all the droppings that come with them. The caretakers do a nice job of trying to keep it clean, but this kind of thing is expected. This problem can be avoided if you don't go around the pond; the rest of the park is pretty immaculate.
