We met with and interviewed several contractors before making a decision for our kitchen remodel. From our initial visit it with Tripp, to our follow-up meeting with Matt and our eventual relationship with Brad as project manager, there was one common thread. There was a bond between them and eventually between us. Honesty, transparency and integrity are incredibly important when engaging in a personal or business transaction. This group has all of that.
In short, they were real. Genuinely decent young men who set realistic expectations and followed through on them. They listened to what our goals were and provided us with assistance in making the right choices for each of the components that make a well organized and attractive kitchen. They took the time to explain what was to be done and why certain adjustments and changes from the original plan were necessary. There were a few bumps in the road of course, as is the case with any construction project, but each one of those was resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Each of the subcontractors that came to our house also had an obvious bond with the Rainier Team. There was a high level of skill involved with several of the craftsman who helped us to bring our kitchen project to a reality.
