I'm the annoying guy that shows up a couple times a week and picks their brains for too long…read more I have an older KTM dirt bike and they stock almost everything I'm ever looking for. If they don't have something they're always helpful by either trying to get the part in or share ways to find the part. Their prices beat most online prices!! I spend hours researching and obsessing over the smallest part, trying to make sure I get the best deal and the best part. I then head over to these guys and get the same deal or be I can support a local shop and still get a great deal. I have lots of friends who ride off road/motocross and I often hear horror stories from their experiences with other shops. I have nothing bad to say about Northwest European Cycles. If you have a KTM go here!!! If you don't, still go here!

I've never left a review before, but this experience compelled me to share it…read more I went into Tacoma Motorsports with the intention of buying a bike. As someone who works in sales, I know how important first impressions and customer engagement are. When I walked in, I was greeted with a quick "Welcome in" by a woman on the sales floor, but that was the extent of the interaction. I spent nearly 10 minutes looking at bikes, clearly interested and taking my time to check out the inventory. During that entire time, no one approached me, asked if I had any questions, or offered any assistance. I finally had to speak up myself before I was asked if I needed help. I came in ready to spend thousands of dollars, yet I felt invisible. I don't know why I was overlooked, and I can't say for certain whether my race played a role. However, as a person of color, it's difficult not to question whether I would have been treated differently if I looked like someone else. I'm not asking for special treatment--just the same level of customer service every customer deserves. A dealership should make every potential buyer feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated, regardless of who they are. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that every customer receives the attention and respect they deserve. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can't recommend Tacoma Motorsports.

I have several bikes, I buy new toys frequently and it was disappointing to come across that "used car salesman" mentality from years ago. The salesperson told me he would get right back to me, and I even stated I was willing to put down a deposit immediately. After hearing nothing for four hours, I called back to follow up. Another employee informed me--very rudely--that he was currently selling the Grom to someone else. Six hours later, I finally received a Facebook message from the original salesperson telling me what I had already been told. This is unacceptable customer service. When a customer expresses clear intent to buy and is willing to place a deposit, the dealership should communicate promptly and professionally. Instead, I was ignored and dismissed. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
