And It looks amazing!! So happy we had Jackson and his crew come in and fix all our property issues!! Major stress taken care of

Jeremy is the most dishonest person I have ever contracted work with. He sent a crew of guys to sod…read moremy yard in April. I have a 6 zone irrigation system and followed their EXACT watering instructions. Grass began disappearing after 3 weeks. I called and got new watering instructions, but it did not help. Jeremy refused to come out to my house to assess the issue after spending $1600 with them and proceeded to yell at me through the phone that "IT IS YOUR FAULT THE GRASS IS DEAD NOT MINE". After multiple conversations he agreed to re-sod 2 pallets for $150 labor cost. Week after week he came up with excuses as to why he couldn't come out. After 2 months I finally realized I was being lied to and he eventually blocked my number. I drove to his "address" on 1960 which is actually a small piece of a lot that he rents on occasion. I had the land owner call him and he eventually told me "I will mail you a $300 check for your trouble". 1.5 months later and still no check or sod... This guy is a complete snake. Stay away. My HOA had serious drainage issues and continuous flooding especially in one courtyard. (we have 5…read more). A civil engineer pointed out our problems and I asked for a recommendation to make the repairs. Tru-Turf was recommended to me and I engaged Alex to do the work, and with new sidewalks, underground repairs, correcting the sprinkler system, and finally properly trimming of our trees to give more sunlight, we have flood free courtyards. Drainage has been repaired in 4 of the 5 courtyards, and after 25 years of flooding our first courtyard is flood free with green grass instead of mud. This was a very challenging job to say the least, and Alex and his team at Tru-Turf solved a number of issues, including rewiring our sprinkler system where all sections are correctly watered. Our officers and directors are very pleased, and as project manager I can heartily recommend this company to take care and repair minor, or, in our case, major drainage problems.

Reggie Barnes makes up excuses for not completing work, does not return calls or emails. I would not consider hiring this person or his company unless you want to have Outdoor Problems. Instead of eliminating Outdoor Problems he creates them. Reggie and his crew show up late and then want to leave early in the afternoon. They don't work on Saturday to catch up for lost time even when they are behind.
