I called his boss (a friend) asking for an insane favor: step into the tail end of a new home build within a tiny timeline around final inspections & closing date to replace an aggrieved sub who refuses the customer's bonkers demand to install blue turf around his new pool (instead of the standard green). Kelly showed up, heard, assessed, found a source for the blue turf, set the customer's expectations on realistic timelines, kept the price low & ensured the crew showed up to install exactly when promised. As I've seen in other reviews, once they are paid and product is installed, they ghost you. It's near impossible to get any response regarding repairs. I have young children that have tripped in the sunken spots, so now I have them blocked off until I can fix the spots myself. Service and communication rank high on how I choose a company to work with, and I was fooled by this one. Used car salesman approach - promise everything, deliver little. For these reasons, I do not and will NEVER recommend using Wakasa for your turf install.
