I had to hire a new CPA and pay the new firm to prepare my 2021 tax returns. This cost me a lot of money to pay for a new firm. I had already paid Hooks CPA to do it. I have also had to pay penalties for late filings on both state and federal taxes. This firm was paid in full to do a job and that was to prepare my taxes. Which was never done.
