You should use these guys just so you can interact with Abby! I was trying to register my business in Louisiana. The LA Secretary of State's web portal is very picky. They rejected my appointment of Geaux Registered Agent because I had inputted the incorrect business name (shoulda been Registered Agents Inc.). A wonderful woman named Abby called me up and helped me resolve that problem. So I tried again. The website auto-populates the agent's address but includes the Suite number in the first line of that address. It then, inexplicably, asks you to input your agent's address manually, with a separate field for the Suite number. If you take the bait and fill in that "Suite" field, your application will be rejected because it isn't precisely the same as the auto-generated address. Abby helped me to identify and resolve that problem too. Well worth the price, great value! read more

I have been an extremely pleased customer of Geaux Registered Agent having utilized their company for my business since 2020. They provide high quality services and very knowledgeable of all the requirements needed to maintain my business in good standing with regards to both State and Federal. They are very proactive in contacting me well in advance of upcoming required filings with their website being easy to navigate, purchase services and all of my documents are accessible at any time. They recently filed my Federal BOI Report and afterwards I contacted them via email with a question regarding a line item on the form. Abby was very quick to respond with her recommendation which was very helpful and satisfactory to me. I can tell by her response that she really enjoys her job, committed to providing the best possible service and values me as a customer. I highly recommend that you use them for your business in Louisiana! read more

This company is remarkable, disciplined, informative, effective, reliable, open to answer and receive questions, punctual when needing data, services, and I have two and working on them updating my Cooper's Mentoring and Educational Company, I have 10 years ago. I didn't know anything about the until the Secretary of State recommend them when I got started with my first business and I never look back getting and receiving services from them regularly. I am so appreciative and not worried about the legal languages needed to operate effectively when amendments, constitutions, and purposes & plannings meetings are completed and done to perfection. I also ordered professional seals and EIN number through them in 2 to 3 days time:: Outstanding! Awe-inspiring! Bravo! Can I work for you all? I'm RETIRED! read more

So I am so excited to say that as of today I am a business owner and a member of my own LLC and all of this was made possible by this company. They made this process seem so easy. I literally filed for what I wanted thinking this was going to be a long drawn out process and with the click of a couple of emails and 4 days later ( keep in mind 2 of those days was the weekend) bam just like that all my paper work is finalized, I have my tax numbers...everything !!! I give Geaux Registered Agent 5 stars and if I could click on a couple more I would!! They made all my worries go away and allowed me to open my business so much quicker and smoother than I imagined. read more

I recently utilized Geaux Registered Agent for the filing of an LLC, and they could not have been more patient and helpful. Everyone I spoke to was very informative and always polite and accommodating. Communication was always prompt and easily understandable and was very helpful in allowing me to keep things organized. Amos Schroeder in particular was extremely helpful to me, I really appreciate the time he spent explaining their process and the options available to me. His assistance is greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to make the process of filing as simple and easy as possible. read more
