You guys send a check for repairs in ONE person's name when the vehicle's registration is clearly in two people name, then the person name you put it in works offshore and isn't in town to cash the check which makes the check useless and also why we specifically put the vehicle in the husband and wife name and not just one of them in case something like this would happen and he's not in town to handle it. I will be seeking legal action to resolve this matter because this has not only made me miss a family members funeral, but also made me late for work more than a few times.
