I have an extremely low pain tolerance and usually struggle through waxes but Fadoua is a true professional and makes it easy for me. I'm able to hold a conversation with her through the entire appointment and she is so supportive. On top of my low pain tolerance, I have some body marks in the area we wax and she has never had any issues and is able to work around them as well as help with my ingrown hairs I'm very susceptible to. I was told by the "manager" not to call this salon and that I am "banned" from contacting them when…read moreI questioned the fact that the "buy 1, get 1" special had to be used within 6 weeks between appointments and requested an exception because neither the owner, nor the employees who booked the appointment and performed service told me about it. They only told me about this 6-week restriction when first service was completed and I was paying for it. Btw, they charge full price right away, not promotional price. So if you happen to miss your 6-weeks window, you lose whatever promotion you thought you were getting. Despite my request to allow me to schedule the second service past 6-weeks, and instead of correcting themselves, they keep pushing the fact that it's either use it or lose it... and that's after they charged me non-promotion price for 1 of 2 services. I view this as fraudulent & deceptive practice. Had I known about how this offer works, I wouldn't book any services. And when I explained that I was not advised about this restriction, that I don't need the service within 6 weeks, that I am a single mother caring for an infant and don't have flexibility to come that often for that type of appointment, I am told that I am "banned"! What a way to turn away and insult customers.
