Went in, close to close, could tell the budtender was bugged but I wasn't the only customer in there. Asked her about Sativa gummies and was told a certain brand was Hybrid, which, okay but they do have knowledge of Indica or Sativa based which if she probably wasn't so "tired", (her words), may have mentioned the difference, which again, whatever since I wasn't more specific. Placed my order, and when she went to call my name, the chick just got pushed the bag towards me so I took my Indica dominant gummies and the other flower that I ordered & left. I went to smoke and found out I had all the same flower instead of the 2 different strains I ordered. I have all one strain in 2 different bags weighed out how I'd ordered the two different strains originally. Definitely makes me reconsider where I spend my money or locations I'd revisit. I've even taken new customers in there the last few weeks but won't be doing that anymore at least to this location. I know we all have off shifts where we may be tired or just not feeling it but you do provide a service & it's not easily fixable, especially after hours & you have to do something abut it the the next day.

We were placed in separate rooms, which defeated the purpose of a couples massage, and without any explanation. On top of that, we were each assigned opposite-gender therapists, which felt inappropriate and made both of us uncomfortable. During my massage, the therapist kept walking in and out of the room, leaving the door open several times, which made me feel exposed and uneasy. At the end, she made an inappropriate comment about me being "a very strong man" in front of my girlfriend and her husband, which was completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, after my girlfriend left a tip, they told her she should leave a larger one. It was very uncomfortable and disrespectful. We stood there awkwardly while they spoke in another language and ignored us until we asked if we could leave. My girlfriend worked hard to surprise me for my birthday, and it's disappointing that this special occasion turned into such an unpleasant experience. We will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone who values professionalism or respect.

At the end where I needed to pay they suddenly know English when I tipped 10$ and got mad and insisted for me to add more which the other lady said we did the 160$ massage. Very unprofessional
