Our GE double wall oven was acting up and he took the top electronic cover off and checked the wires. He tested all of the possible error codes to check for issues and found none. He tested the broiler, oven temps and convection fans to ensure all was working okay. He also diagnosed our dryer sound that suddenly and intermittently appeared a few weeks ago as a broken idler that we could buy online and either install ourselves (he showed us how) or call him to install when it comes in at his hourly rate. Just purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from Gold's and was extremely pleased. Delivery time was within a few minutes of when they said, and what really impressed me was since we own an older home with narrow doorways, they took the time to remove the doors to get it down the hallway and then reassemble them with no extra fees (this took about 30 extra minutes as the one door has the tubing for the water, ice maker, etc.). The 2 man crew that came were polite and efficient in their work, made sure to have everything set up properly when done, and were extremely careful to not scratch the hardwood floors or mark a wall. Knowing that they have parts (you never know when some young family member will hang off a shelf like it is a jungle gym) and perform their own service is also reassuring for me. Charged me a service fee despite that being covered in the No Surprise repair package which they said they never heard of before. I sent them, in writing, the details of the package and the claim number. I've now made two follow up calls that were ignored. I've started a chargeback on the repair package. I'm out the service visit fee, because they did actually show up.

His diagnosis was that we don't clean our dishes well. He basically berated us. Then I go to Yelp and Daily Home Solutions responds quickly. I explained that hat was happening and he quickly told me he can look at it. He sent a request to pay the initial service fee. He scheduled an appointment and updated me when he was close by. He had the part, very professional, wore a mask inside. We don't require it but it may have made him feel more comfortable . He was polite, he immediately knew the issue and began resolving the issue. He got 50% completed but the part that Bosch sent him was incorrect. He carefully showed me the part that he had didn't have a chip inside. The one I had did have a computer chip that informs on how to drain. Quite interesting. He came back the next week, installed the part quickly. My recommendation is this gentleman for any appliance issues. I know my first call is to him. He's prompt, professional, great conversationalist, overall superb service.

While the warranty company ultimately reimbursed us, it was Eddie that came to the rescue! Further, Eddie was able to diagnose the problem and solve it in 15 minutes - the other companies wanted me to remove the wall oven (about 400 lbs) from the wall. This really demonstrated for me the common-sense, tactical approach Eddie applied versus the other technicians' sledgehammer-on-a-fly approach. Yes, I fully recommend this service and Eddie!
