First of all, they're in Penn Hills, not Squirrel Hill. I called them out a week ago to look at my…read morewashing machine. The repairman made it out the same day and told me I had a problem with the pump. It was fixed promptly and worked well for a week. The next week it stopped working again, doing the same thing (filling up but not spilling or draining). I called and was told that they do guarantee their services and would come out and take a look for free. The same gentleman came out again and, after 20 minutes of fiddling, told me there was a baby sock stuck in the pump. It obviously wasn't his fault, but he still didn't charge me the service fee for coming out the second time. Prompt, pleasant service. I'll be calling them for all my repairs.

I've spoken to Mr Dunbar several times in the past few years but I doubt he'll remember me. Then a friend needed help with her dryer, I passed his number. Told her she needed to bring it up with the builder because it was probably the dryer vent causing issue- all on the phone. Then my dryer stopped working and he said on the phone that it sounded like it could be fixed. Came fixed it. Been working fine for years. Can't recommend him enough.

So last weekend, I was sitting on my back porch when my seven-year-old came out screaming, "Mommy,…read moredaddy, the washing machine's on fire!" Obviously, we were completely terrified but at the same time wondering if she was over exaggerating. Well, long story short, the belt and the agitator in my Speed Queen washing machine had broken due to its age. I didn't know that at the time, but I called my Home Warranty company, and they tried to send me Sears. I absolutely hate Sears. There's a reason why that company has fallen off the face of the planet. The reason is their horrible customer service. Nobody goes into their stores and buys their crappy products. Even their home repair company is worse. I have to tell you, I was beyond frustrated and disheartened because I felt like my washing machine wouldn't be fixed anytime soon. I called my Home Warranty back, telling them I can't have Sears and that I need to go with my own people. With enough passion and vigor in my voice, they gave me the opportunity and connected me with these guys. They understood my frustration and did everything they could to fit me in within a few days of my phone call. They were able to come out and fix my washing machine promptly, providing amazing customer service. Thank you, Mike, for fixing my washing machine and doing it with such care. I appreciate your warm and caring personality, as well as your desire to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. I have to say that my Home Warranty also appreciated their invoice and accepted it within a few hours. Hopefully, I'll get some of this repair paid for later on down the road. But for now, I have to say these guys deserve a solid five stars and a 10 out of 10 rating. I highly recommend them for all of you for your home repair needs.

Received a call at 11:30 am but missed it because I was working. Called them back to be told by the receptionist that they cannot come back at the original quoted time frame because they are no longer in the area and they would have to back track. Zero willingness to try and accommodate me after switching around my entire work day. Would not recommend this company as most people can't take a whole day off of work. What's the point of giving times of service when you don't honor them?!
