I reluctantly bought a vape after the unsavory owner (Indian or Pakistani accent) said they have a 7-day return policy, so I can come back and return the vape if it doesn't work. When I got home the vape turned out to be dysfunctional. Also, I went on amazon and saw they overcharged me 20$ for the same vape. When I tried to return it the next day the owner said they don't have a return policy (same owner). I have been duped like my friend who had the same experience. I called my credit card company who disputed the charge and returned the money. It's one of scam shops that lies and cheats customers, STAY AWAY...

Went in with a trouble shooting problem and was not only assisted promptly but was quickly offered a solution to my problem! Been going for almost 2 years. Awesome location, great costumer service. Very wide variety. Really creative shop. Very welcomed place. I have purchased 3 big items from this store and it was the cheapest price throughout the city! I have been helped by Sam, who the best. Honestly 5 stars hands down. There's no other shop that can compete with their prices!

Ha! At any rate tucked into the back and definitely not shouting weed, is an amazing little dispensary. Sure they have all the brands you know and trust but they also have some pretty uncommon craft brands dispersed by kind and knowledgeable budtenders who smile a genuine smile when they speak. It's a comfortable place. Filled with interesting people who you want to talk to. Learn something about their inspiring little store. With records. And cool people who work there. I wanted to stay longer. It's that kind of place. Go. Visit. And ask for a copy of cannabis cocktails. Maybe they'll order some. Cheers.

Dateline: Zee Smoke & Inconvenience Young man seemed nice…read moreenough until I told him that I was disabled and my leg muscles were in need of a seat. He has none for me to use but begrudgingly said that I could sit on a milk crate where I tried to catch my breath. I walked on there figuring I could purchase tissues there since it bills itself as a "convenience center" (we all know what the smoke shop is all about). As I sat there trying to catch my breath from carrying two heavy bags he began to yell at me...this is a young man in his late 20's! While I didn't plan on hanging out there all night long, I simply wanted to sit until I could catch my breath. He asked: "How long is THAT going to take???" Safe to say, this is a guy who never gets invited to any good parties and is not yet happy...at all. He also lacks basic compassion for a fellow human being. Some might say that it's better to shop locally at stores where they DON'T YELL AT SOMEONE TRYING TO CATCH THEIR BREATH. This night shift dude should not be working with people or animals, IMHO. I hope this business becomes a happier place because its vibe is so not the NYC I know and love. I will be speaking to the NYC Mayor's Office on People with Disabilities about this place of business, you can count on THAT! Bye bye meanie man!
