I love that they have a design center and in theory that would be helpful before ordering any furniture. There are two rooms and apparently a staff member to speak with (though I have never actually seen anything here). I do like that they have all the upholstery options for you to see in person and feel if you want/need prior to ordering. The actual design room doen;t really ever seem to change though which strikes m as odd. Great slection and organized store. Good selection of petits and some bridal whihc is a plaus for me at the moment as I shopping for honeymoon. I do think they decor selection isn't as varried as other locations like Lenox, Alpharetta, or West Side (odd beciase there is so much oppertunity witht eh huge floorprint). Fitting rooms are big and clean with lots of seating and nooks for your personal items to not have to sit on the ground. I have never waited in line for a fitting room - though I have never been here on a weekend. Sale section could be better - again it is large but I never seem to find anything like I do in other locations. Staff is freindly but never seem to be around (possibly due to size of gthe store with the amount of walls as dividers). It doesn't bother me as I am the type to not ant to talk to anytime unless I have a question but I could see how it may be a negative for others. I typically just head tot h fitting room or till if I have questions and it is never an issues. Probably my third favorite location after West Side and Lenox. Yes you he t pay to park unless you luck into one of the "free" spots (which basically never happens lol)

I am glad that Nordstrom offers different types of designer brands in their stores around the states. Everyone tries to find their balance in the world with something they like growing up right? To me growing up I liked designer fashion. As you can see in the two pictures below I have on is the True Religion x Von Dutch button up jacket in full detail and and same with the True Religion x Von Dutch wide leg sweatpants and the same with the Von Dutch x Breakfast Club collab collection. How is the feel/fit of each clothing item I have on they feel fine, fit fine, look good. Would I recommend this collab collection to anyone yes I would! I have gotten many positive likes when i am in town at different stores, restaurants or at the local mall. Can't go wrong!

The layout of the store was clean and well organized - Star 2. As I browsed the merchandise, another customer came in..A man of another race, He was greeted and asked if he needed help finding anything, the lady that spoke to me same race as me, proceeded to tell him about merchandise.. I got no assistance. That was my First and last time going to this establishment. Oh but as I left the lady said Goodbye.. or something...REALLY!!!! I had planned on buying something but Never will Lululemon get my money. All I could think of while in there was the True crime case related to the store. Try your luck and tell me about it.

I've been coming to this location since they opened. Today, 7/5/2026, customer service was trash…read more The person greeting was very polite. However, I start looking around and asked 2 workers if they could tell me when the sale was ending, one of them sized me up and then answered with such sarcasm that whenever they ran out and kind of turned her back. She wore a name tag that read "firecracker". She was a black woman with a lot of jewelry and short hair. Seemingly the "lead" for the day, who I later found out was named Tee, was with her when I asked and didn't respond much better. Nonetheless, I let it go because people need their jobs. Get to the register and "firecracker" was there again oozing attitude and sass. Again, you're free to be you, but her attitude was disgusting and she truly seemed to be working to emulate the name "firecracker". As I was leaving I asked the greeter to speak with a manager and it was Tee. As I spoke, she's just looking at me as if to say "what do you want me to do". I said if you're not the right person then I will contact the manager. She finally responded with a "thanks for letting me know". They need to get it together because there are many who need a job and are willing to act like they have some sense.

This Goodwill is actually located on South Cobb Drive, not Cobb Parkway. It sits across the street…read morefrom the Kroger at the Concord Road/South Cobb Drive intersection. We use this location as our main donation spot, as they have a drive up/thru donation area on the side of the building. It is always staffed and quick and easy for donations. Inside of the store is 80% clothing with the outer walls stocked with random items, housewares, art, kitchen gadgets, etc...For the most part it is well organized and laid out, even the clothing racks. Overall, standard Goodwill location good for drop offs and quick browsing.

From the greeting itself when I entered the store, I knew it would be a great experience. Lily was my sales person and she was very kind, warm and friendly. Right away, she asked how she could help and took my measurement. From there she guided me through several racks but in my size only so I could focus my search. She was helpful but not pushy and I really appreciate this style of selling. She felt like a partner in my outfit search! While I tried on the several outfits we had chosen, she stood by my side and made comments (but not overly). I am pretty decisive and do not need opinions in general but she was helpful. She gave me a reasonable price on the two outfits I ended up purchasing after going to several other stores and coming back to Lily for the purchase. What I want to mention is that most of the stores in Global Mall have TERRIBLE customer service. Most of them have old clothes/styles to begin with and are not helpful whatsoever. They are not friendly, they are lazy. At places like Ladlee the girls sit around and gossip (loudly) and make for a terrible shopping experience. Elan is well organized, beautiful and again, thanks to wonderful people like Lily, the shopping experience is a very good one. I will definitely shop at Elan again!
