Finally got the call. it seemed to take another month or so to get them installed. said it would be just a day and a half to do the 8 windows. Wrong, took four days during a two week process. One window had a shattered panel of glass and anot with a broken spring. Replacement was ordered. Took 5 weeks for it to come with the repairman. oops, the new panel got destroyed on the way to our location. So we wait again, still waiting. I called the office and was told last week that the repairman will call me last Friday or over the weekend to schedule it to be installed this week Well the next weekend starts tomorrow and still not a repairman has called. I called the office this morning and asked to speak to the boss, he was out but would be in the office in the afternoon and would call me back. No, my phone has not rang back. All I can say is, they'll cash your check, but so call Warranty work as they call it takes forever! Not happy with the service.

The guy who installed them, Brian, did a half a$$ job and then my husband and my dad had to go back and redo the guys mess up. The siding on the windows were rotting away and yet again Brian did not want to properly fix the issue. All that was needed was patience, compassion and honest communication. She couldn't understand the strong accents of the workers and she felt helpless when the doors were hung in the wrong direction. This situation was so very sad and didn't need to have been so negative. I would never recommend this company if only due to the administrative department. I had called on my mom's behalf to get any licenses that Mike Troutt had regarding this install. However, the only response was NOT receiving a return call and having Window World call my mom to tell her they were done working with her. This was unprofessional because I had just called to see if the repair parts were in and was told YES and scheduled an appointment for May 9, 2025 am. All of this situation falls under taking advantage of an elderly, confused woman. FYI all she wanted was to feel safe in her house with new strong doors and feel like she was being heard with the workers that showed up. Shame on you!

Indescribably awful. The windows were installed in several visits as they arrived (not at once)…read more The installers did not speak English but did manage to scratch my floors and damage my furniture (no protection was used), lose a window and screen, damage window sills, damage the exterior stucco, leave debris and scraps scattered everywhere, use two different color caulks, and leave the installed windows filthy. The fit and finish of the windows is unimpressive (marks and paint on the white frames, insulation hanging out, very rough edges). Finally, I had to repeatedly call to find when the job was going to be finished; they only called when they wanted money. Go elsewhere; anywhere else.

However, they put the glass mounts in the wrong location, and never offered to correct it or give me a price break. Worse, they failed to caulk half of the bottom of the shower, so upon finally getting to use my new shower, water leaked out the bottom. When I called them, they offered to come out in 2 weeks to look at it. I had already paid, so they should have come out immediately to fix their mistake. We ended up caulking it ourselves, which we should not have had to do!

The contractor that installed it was professional and did quality work. Now for PCHI, I had an appointment set for Oct 9th and Freddie showed up 30 mins late without a phone call. On Oct 25th we dropped off a check for the deposit with them saying everything should be in stock in about 3-4 weeks. Nov 25th I called them being told that the last couple pieces should be in that week. I then called back on Dec 9th being told that they just got word that the pieces will be in that week and we should be schedule the next week but couldn't give me a date. I told them that I didn't want someone showing up without a phone call before hand. Dec 17th the contractor was knocking on my door without a phone call. When I called them I was told that they called and talked to me on the Friday before. I told them to check their phone history because it wasn't me that they talked to. Contractor finished in two days and left final bill at the door. I sent the remaining balance in the next day. The most disappointing parts are no phone call when running late to appointment, never getting a phone call with updates on order, and finally one asking how the install went. Joe Temple
