My name is Maceo Hogue. I did a review on January 15, 2026. My 2014 Dodge RAM has been at the dealership since October for repairs. the day after I made this post, I was contacted by the dealership and was told the repairs would be finished by the end of January and that I was #2 on the board. It is now almost the end of February, and I guess I am still #2 on the board. The only other contact that has been made is when they came to swap the loaner vehicle out. I am still making payments, but I want MY TRUCK!! No one and I mean NO ONE has been in contact with me on the progress of my repairs. If I go to dealership and express my feelings on the situation, they tell me, "Well you have a vehicle to drive". That's not the point. I feel as if I'm throwing my money away because I cannot enjoy my own vehicle. In addition, I was told by the dealership if I go over 100 miles to let them know because they would shut the vehicle off if I did. PLEASE FIX MY VEHICLE OR SWAP ME OUT FOR ANOTHER ONE. I had been on the market for a Jeep Wrangler for about six weeks and during that time had interactions with lots of dealers throughout a 100-mile radius of New Orleans. These interactions ranged from VERY poor to Just OK. Until I found Rainbow in McComb. I reached out to them via the internet and after a very brief negotiation with Dana, the Sales Manager, quickly agreed on a VERY fair sales price. I then worked with John in Sales to get the necessary paperwork together and by the time I arrived at the dealership from New Orleans about three hours later, everything was ready. I met with the staff for about 30 minutes despite arriving after closing time, inspected the car, signed the paperwork, and then was out the door with everything I wanted. And to put the icing on the cake, I've received a text, email, and phone call from the staff since then to ensure that I was happy (and I definitely am)!. I can't recommend them enough. This rating is too high for the service at Covington facility. The worst I've ever had during the 60 yrs of owning a vehicle. after being lied to and ignored I had to go get my truck to have fixed somewhere else. Never going back. David read more

While I like this dealership and the people are friendly, some work must be done regarding answering the phone in the service area. I understand they are busy, but how about getting a remote phone for people who have to leave the desk? Also how about assigning someone to answer during the noon lunch hour when many folks who work during the day have to make calls? It would also be great if when a person leaves a message, that person could get an actual call-back the same day? I have learned my lesson about that...meaning, I do not leave messages any more. I have left several in the past, and have never received a call back the same day. Most of the time it is two or three days later or not at all. I will still do business there because I prefer their vehicles, I just think telephone customer service in the service department should be improved. Thanks. read more

I drove all the way out to McComb, MS to Test drive a 2019 vehicle I had my eyes on. It was towards the end of the day. I was supposed to hear back from the sales rep the next day to see how the paperwork went. (due to it being later on in the day, he told me that most of the banks were closed and that he would give me a call FIRST thing the next day.) That's been about (2) weeks ago, and no word from anyone. I am No longer interested in a vehicle and I am not recommending this dealership to any of my friends and family. Will NOT be returning here. Salesmanship, and professional service from the moment you walk in the door. I dealt with Mr. Ratcliff who sold me a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. He answered all my questions, the finance department was great and the service department was there for me later after the purchase to answer questions I had.
