Lady was sitting in a…read morecar beside the building eating waited for her to finally come to the podium to direct me in the wash. Every time I have been here they have always brushed the front of my car and the back. This time she did not. As I was driving out the parking lot I noticed other vehicles still looked very dirty. I drove straight across the road to the other parking lot and got out and looked and my car was the same all over. Just stripes through the dust from the brushes from the wash. I turned straight around and went back. The nice black lady told me to get back in line she would tell the other worker to let me through she agreed my car was still very dirty. The white lady came over with an attitude that since I drove off the property there was nothing she could do. Which I do understand but the fact it hadn't even been 5 min, my car was still wet from the wash and it's clearly from the wash is very frustrating for the amount I paid. I asked about them normally brushing it before going through she said that's for members only I have never been a member. I simply asked or a refund or another wash. She refused and told me I could leave or wait for the cops to come. Officially have lost mine and my families business! Sad after paying so much for washes over the years and $22 today a waste!
