There's some seating outside in between this place and the place next-door. The folks here are very friendly and the service is quick. A buddy of mine were running errands in the area before they get together, so we stopped by here for some coffee. Their baked goods look good as well, so we decided to split one of their miso sesame cookies. It was unique and delicious. Park in the structure, you take an elevator, cross to the next building, and take another elevator, which takes you straight into the shop. Sounds more involved than it is, but just find the parking structure and signs will show you the way! Plus free 30min parking or $3 for 1.5 hours, pretty good for downtown, especially near Chinatown.
