We had used them twice at 2 different houses and found them to be prompt, efficient and although a little higher priced than others, we thought their work made up for it. That all changed when they came to do a third job for us. We were grossly overcharged on one of the items (about 3x's the going rate) and they would not respond to multiple phone calls to reduce the cost or come and retrieve the item. Finally after not hearing from them for months, they unexpectedly sent a letter saying they'd put a lien on our house. I found this to be an overly aggressive response especially considering that they had not returned calls and gave us no warning of their plans. To save time, my husband paid the bill (over my objections) but he wanted to just close the file. I'm still seething at their handling of this project and I cannot let them get away with this poor customer service. We had always paid our bills promptly but apparently our reputation with them meant nothing. And that's exactly what theirs means to me now. read more

I found that Josh was well informed and answered all my questions. Josh ensured all my questions were fully explain and understood. They said it would take close to two days to tear off the old roof. They finished in one day. The workers were nice courteous and polite. I'd will use them again if we buy other home, as their work was superp and would Highly rate them a 1 out of 5, a 10 they treated me as I use to treat my customers. My wife didn't want any payment and she choose a company that we could pay cash for. After meeting with the other roofer, I asked him what would happen if he went out of business. The other company assured me he had grown up in the area and was going no where. There was going to be at least 10 days of Rain, who called me out of the blue to make sure if I needed any help securing me they would be out right away to secure my roof wouldn't leak! Your right Josh at Rainguard. Rainguard even told us that if anything ever happened with the other company, all that i would have to do was to call him and he'd bring a crew out to fix whatever went wrong. Rainguard lost the bid but yet still was going to help us id anything went wrong with the other company. Let me remind you that Rainguard lost the bid, but in the end we ended up using Rainguard because of the integrity.Even thought we had choosen the other company Rainguard called to make sure i was ok. 2 weeks later I found out the other company went out of Buisness and we ended up going with Rainguard. We paid more but we got a 50 years roof the other company only was going us a 30 year roof. The difference was minimal considering a 30 year roof and a 50 year roof. read more

I contacted them about a gutter inspection and clean out. I received a quote from them in a prompt manner for nearly $1,000 worth of work on a two-year old house. They recommended adding a downspout and attaching my gutters with a stronger T-strap instead of just the hidden hangers that had originally been installed at the time of the house completion two years ago. I agreed to it because they say my gutters should theoretically last forever now and not sag over time. They were prompt with completing the additions of the T-straps the but didn't clean out my gutters. When I called them on this to point out that the cleaning of the gutters had not been done (the reason for my original phone call to them) they did send someone out to clean my gutters within the week. So, overall, it was ultimately all fine. Just remember that they are a business and will be trying to push products in addition to what you might want in the first place. read more

We live in Weatherford, but Rain Guard agreed to come out and install our Gutter Helmet a few years ago. We recently had a big storm that damaged some of the Helmet. I had gutters installed all around my home by Rain Guard. The estimator was very helpful in helping me determine the style of guttering and placement of downspouts. The price was not the lowest bid I received (not the highest either), but I felt more comfortable with the professionalism, expertise, and friendliness I experienced with the estimator. The installation team was also very professional and quick. They were prompt and had the job done in just a few hours. I was especially pleased with the craftsmanship of installation on the downspouts. I have odd shaped columns on the front of my home, and they were able to bend the downspouts to fit very closely to the columns. Overall, I am very pleased with the appearance and functionality of my new gutters, as well as with the service and professionalism of both the estimator and the installation team.
