Overseeing the many details of my roofing project. Everything was executed in a very thorough and complete way from start to finish. Tarps protected all my plants, planters, furniture and sculpture. Plywood protected all my glass and garage doors.. There were no shortcuts ANYWHERE. They performed everything they said and more. In a timely and professional manner. Junior Ladore didn't just sell me a roof and go onto the next client, , he made sure all phases were executed in a manner that left no shingle unturned . The gutter replacement and screens were installed to perfection. The screening was far superior to the originals, which were expensive and highly rated when replaced 4 yrs ago. The roofing was torn down to the original decking and replaced. I'm thrilled to have met Junior Ladore who door knocked himself into my very skeptical graces. I have had a plethora of roofers on my roof. One recently showed me photos of a damaged roof that didn't belong to my house. It wasn't even my chimney! Frontline and Junior Ladore gained a lifetime customer that has my complete trust. They did such an exceptional job, when we needed roofing and siding help, (Lake Eufaula) we did not hesitate to ask them for a quote again. They were not the cheapest, but the workmanship and dependability was a huge factor in fulfilling our need because that job was 2 hours away. They did not disappoint. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond. Fast forward a couple years and we just bought a new home with 4 skylights. Without hesitation, we called them and within 2 weeks they were in and look wonderful. Again with the exceptional workmanship and customer care. We even were delayed a day on the install because of the excessive high winds. It was not an inconvenience it was a relief that they cared more about their workers than a payment. Here is the truth of it. I don't know these people, I am just a customer out of convenience. They have treated me better than family and even brought "Dolly" out to meet my grandchildren on the final inspection. That says a lot. We have a family friend who has always done our windows and now letting McCanns take them on possibly because they have done such an exceptional job for us everywhere else... and our friend can stay retired. It looked fine but during the first rain I noticed that two out of the three gutters were leaking. I texted Alan with this issue. He texted back the same day and said he would be by the week of 4/28. I didn't hear back from him so I texted twice more, once on 5/7 and again on 5/10. Well here it is 5/15 and still no response. So, I ended up fixing the gutters myself. They patched the first leak and agreed to pay $500 toward the remediation, although they never paid. The second leak was about 4 months ago. They repaired the roof, although they did not pay for any of the interior repairs. Now, we have had a 3rd leak, in the same area as the second. Again, they patched the roof, but they refuse to pay for any of the remediation or repairs. If the roof was repaired properly after the second leak, it should have lasted more than 4 months. They state on their website that they have an Arkansas contractor's license. I found out that the license expired a couple of years ago. They say their work is warrantied, but regardless of your claim, they will say the damage is weather related so they are not responsible. They have stopped responding to my correspondence. I'm hoping this review will prevent others from getting sucked into this web.
