Dr Mohan explained the cultural differences as to why, but offered the most help of any of the three pain management doctors I saw. He treated me as an individual and made suggestions on ways to manage the changes to my pain regimen. I have confidence in his skills and appreciate the professionalism of his staff.

The next day, I got multiple calls and text messages from their office saying that they need to collect my insurance information. I wasn't able to answer right away and they kept calling over and over and leaving different messages, including one message that said my appointment was being canceled because my drivers license is expired (it isn't). I called them again and they confirmed my insurance is valid. Went in for the appointment and the receptionist tries to get me to "Self pay" and says I don't have valid insurance. Had to provide the insurance a 3rd time before they finally acknowledged it. I got as far as seeing the medical assistant. I showed her my most recent MRI and a stack of medical records going back 2 years. She quickly told me that the doctor wasn't going to be able to help me and I left. Never saw the doctor. Also their office is full of red flags, like advertisements for laser hair removal, ketamine injections, Regenexx ads all over the place (which is not a proven treatment and is experimental at best), something called the O-shot for woman sexual improvement. I feel stupid for going here.

I recently had a new patient consultation with Dr. Rai. Overall, I was very impressed with his…read morebedside manner. Unfortunately, his office does not prescribe pain medication. I'm by no means a drug seeker, but have been on a drug that has worked with me for the past decade. Dr. Rai was very professional and honest about his inability to help me switch from my current pain managment provider and have him continue my medication. He did make sure that my co-pay was refunded before I left the office. While, he could not help me, I do have respect for him since he was straightforward and honest. I do wish they would be more upfront about their practice's inability to prescribe controlled pain medication so that others know ahead of time.

I came in due to chronic low back pain. I was referred here by my primary care physician. It was…read moredifficult to make an appointment because the office staff almost never answers their phones. It took days of repeated calls, messages, emails, before I was ever able to get through. However they were able to make an appointment within a few days. For the consultation, the doctor seemed very confident that he knew what the problem was and suggested doing an injection. Did not discuss any other possible treatments (i.e. medication), just insisted the next step was to come back for an injection. I went for the injection and it went fine. I had more pain for the next 7 days than I did before coming in, and after that I felt no pain relief at all. I came in for my scheduled follow-up appointment and was exactly on time. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and then came out to remind them that I was waiting and that it was 30 minutes past my appointment time. The person there said something like "oh you're probably next". I told them I had another appointment after this and could not just wait around indefinitely. I waited another 10 minutes and still no doctor showed up. I decided that I could not stay any longer as they were well past the appointment time. I asked if we can reschedule for a less busy time. They said the next available appointment is 30 days out! I asked if they think it's right that the doctor did not show for my appointment and now I have to wait 30 days for another chance? The scheduler told me that even if I come in after 30 days, the doctor may still be not on-time that day and that I have to just sit there and wait. At this point I decided to just leave and go someplace else. Their treatment was not effective at all, their office staff is impossible to get a hold of since they don't answer the phone or return messages, and if they can't keep their appointments then it's really a deal-breaker for me. There are plenty of other doctors

On my very first visit Dr. Morchower he took the time to talk with me about what I wanted and what I needed. He also discussed what he would like to try and his plan was to lower the amount or strength of the pain medication that I was taking. I would love nothing more than to find enough relief from procedures that I would be able to be completely free from medications. Dr. Morchower listens to you and I feel valued and cared for. I feel like he is a partner in my care and that we share the same goals with respect to managing my pain. Unfortunately, I had another accident in December 2024. Since then all of my pain has increased and now I have frequent migraines. He has tried everything to get me relief. Although, these procedures haven't provided long term pain relief, it is always best to approach pain conservatively first. Dr. Morchower truly understands his field and he is a highly skilled specialist in pain management. I would recommend him to my family and that is the highest compliment I can give to a Physician. From reception to nursing staff, he has chosen compassionate individuals to assist him with his practice. I love that I can text concerns and requests, and that my needs are met in a timely manner. I am grateful that I found Omni Spine & Pain Management.

I've been going to this clinic for roughly two years. About a year ago, they referred me to…read moreIntegrity Wellness which further injured me. More or less, every month since then there have been issues with my medications either not being sent or not being approved by insurance. You're appointment will be a month after the last appointment then they won't submit your medications timely because "they forgot" and "are busy performing procedures"; which I'm sure is true but is a statement towards patients in and of itself. The people at the front desk will tell you things that aren't true such as ask if you can be available for procedures on a Wednesday then when you call to confirm they'll say that procedures aren't performed on Wednesday but the DR is too busy to send in your script cause they are performing procedures.... on a Wednesday. If they say they are going to call you back, Don't count on it. This is not to impinge their skills as medical professionals at all. They are good DR's just absolutely horrible at communication or pretending like you as a patient matter unless you are right in front of them. When you are already suffering from chronic pain due to injuries, the professionals you are forced to see for help, shouldn't stress you out further and almost every experience I have turns into a headache.

The reason I'm giving this a 3 star is because the office staff is in need of a real manager! If you need a special appointment for a test or something you need, you can forget about for the first 30 days, until the doctor has to chew that ass! The same goes for drug refills! Last month my pharmacy made 6 requests for a refill and finally I had to go there and get it done! But they are always nice to me, until they read this bitch fest of mine.

Words cannot express how well my ER visit went today. Thank you all so much! I was at this location this afternoon for a work related injury. I cannot remember the name of the ER in-take nurse but she was so helpful, kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job of getting me checked in and seen right away. Then I met Dr. Erin MacDonald Owens, she was friendly, caring, and listened to my concerns. She acted accordingly and facilitated my needs with Radiographs, oral medications given in hospital and prescriptions sent to my most convenient pharmacy. I then met the sweetest nurse, I apologize that I forgot her name! She helped me with all paperwork and assisted me in finding the correct information on my paperwork that I arrived with from my place of business. She was the best; so nice, very caring and stayed with me until I fully understood everything going on. She did not leave me until I had all questions answered. Thank you, to an amazing female nurse that comforted an anxious patient. Then I met Paul, he came in and performed radiographs of my Left elbow/forearm. He had the greatest personality, he even allowed me to joke about my veterinary career field. He was so gentle, funny, and put my mind at ease so I could continue with Dr. Owens's orders. After some time I met Brooke, whom fitted me with a sling to help comfort my injured arm. She made me laugh and is clearly very experienced in her field of medicine. I want to say thank you to the amazing team of nurses and Dr. You all greatly contributed to easing my mind and understand today's course of action.
